Common use of PERSONAL/XXXXX’S LEAVE Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL/XXXXX’S LEAVE. Employees may take Personal/Xxxxx’s leave: a) If Employees are not fit for work because of a personal injury or illness; or b) To provide care or support to a member of their immediate family or household who requires care or support because of: i. A personal illness or injury affecting the member; or ii. An unexpected emergency affecting the member; c) Employees may also take personal/xxxxx’s leave for a maximum of up to one shift to attend the funeral of a close personal friend.
