PERTINENT INFORMATION - ASSOCIATION. The Board will provide the Association with copies of the agenda and minutes of all open session Board meetings and will, from time to time in response to reasonable written requests, furnish any information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. The Board will also furnish annual financial reports and audits, a register of certified personnel, budget prior to approval, treasurer's reports, enrollment data, and all other information as requested which will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed, and constructive programs on behalf of the teachers and the students of District 162.
PERTINENT INFORMATION - ASSOCIATION. The Association shall be furnished upon request a copy of readily available public information concerning the financial conditions of the district. The Board will grant reasonable requests for other pertinent information which may be relevant to negotiations. Nothing herein shall require the Administrative staff to research and assemble information. The Association will furnish copies of any pertinent information as reasonably requested by the Board or its designee:

The College shall also furnish at no cost to the Association upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, and without change, information concerning the staffing and financial resources of the institution, including but not limited to: annual budgets, annual financial reports, and annual audits; a directory of personnel; tentative budgets; monthly treasurer’s reports; monthly financial reports; names, addresses, start date, salary of all employees in the Bargaining Unit; and within fifteen (15) calendar days of starting of a new employee or change in classification for a current employee, the name and address of the employee, name of the employee being replaced, the starting date, salary, and level.
2. It is understood that this will not be construed to require the Board to compile information and statistics in the form requested not already compiled in that form, unless mutually agreed upon. No information will be made available that will violate an individual’s right to privacy.

The Board of Education shall furnish, upon request of the President of the Association, annual financial reports and audits, treasurer’s report, pupil census data, names, addresses and experience credit of all employees and compensation paid thereto. However, this shall not require the District to compile records, which do not otherwise exist, or calculate or create statistical records.

Within a reasonable time period following the Board’s receipt of a written request from the Association President, the Board will furnish to the Association President regularly prepared public information, including, but not limited to, the annual budget, annual auditor's report, and a register of bargaining unit personnel, including addresses, seniority and experience credits. This section shall not be interpreted to require the Board to research, assemble or specially prepare any data.

The Board shall furnish without charge financial reports and audits, a list of Teachers names and addresses, tentative budget, treasurer’s reports, and the list of sequence of honorable dismissals, Teachers’ positions on the salary schedule, and Teachers’ extra-duty assignments and compensation at the request of the Association President. Posting of any of these documents on the District website shall satisfy the Board obligation under this provision. Hard copies shall be made available upon request. Upon request, the names and addresses of newly hired Teachers shall be given to the Association President.
