PHASING OF IMPROVEMENTS. There is no intended phasing of improvements. Internal roads and utilities will be constructed at the time of development.
PHASING OF IMPROVEMENTS. Improvements for the subdivision are to be developed in three (3) phases. The phases or defined as follows:
PHASING OF IMPROVEMENTS. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the parties agree that the Improvements shall be constructed in multiple phases (each a "Phase" or collectively "Phases"). The anticipated scope and timing of each Phase is set forth on Exhibit I attached hereto.

Plans, estimates of costs, and bids for phases of work shall be treated in the same manner as set out in subsections 3.7 through 3.9, provided that the total cost of all phased improvements shall not exceed the Nine Million and No/100 Dollars ($9,000,000.00) limit on the total of all Predevelopment and Infrastructure Costs.
PHASING OF IMPROVEMENTS. Xxxxxx Subdivision proposes that all three lots will be developed in a single phase.
