PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO RELEASE. Koala Bear Child Care,  may  may not use photographs or videos for a variety of media (including but not limited to print publications, websites, Facebook and other social media) for the purpose of PHS (Presbyterian Homes and Services) and Koala Bear Child Care marketing, promotion or fundraising. These photos/recordings are owned by PHS and Koala Bear Child Care. I grant PHS and Koala Bear Child Care permission to reproduce, distribute and publicly display the photos/recordings in any form, alone or in any combination with other images, text and graphics, and with or without identifying my child.

PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO RELEASE. I give Valdosta State University and the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, the right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright and/or publish my/my child’s images, likeness, and recordings in which I/my child may be included in the whole or in part, developed during participation in the Program/Activity and thereafter, and to circulate the same in all forms and media for any lawful purpose whatsoever. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless us and any of our affiliates, successors or someone authorized by us, for all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images taken of you, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, false light or invasion of privacy.

  • Photo and Video Release I authorize Growing Kids Learning Center and its owners, employees, or agents to photograph and record (video and audio) my child and use any photographs, video and audio recordings for any lawful purpose related to Growing Kids Learning Center’s business, including advertising and publicity. I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.

  • PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.

  • Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building.   • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • Photographic/Recording Release I hereby grant and convey unto the Released Parties all right, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of me, including as to my name, image and voice, made by or on behalf of any of the Released Parties during my Activities with the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, the right to use such materials for any purpose and to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from them. I understand that I will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings, I have not been provided or promised any compensation to me, and I hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings.   • Photo Release The Resident grants to University permission to: record Resident's participation and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photograph or any other medium; use Resident's name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with such recordings; exhibit or distribute such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any legal purpose, including without limitation educational or promotional purposes, which the University and those acting pursuant to its authority deem appropriate; and copyright such recordings in its own name or to publish, to market and to assign without consideration, compensation or report to Resident.

  • ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION A. Concessionaire shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Concession Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department.
