Physical Fitness Committee. The Physical Fitness Committee shall consist of the Fire Chief or his designee, and one employee chosen by the Union. The Physical Fitness Committee shall meet on a voluntary basis to review the administration of the fitness program and to make recommendations for improvement.
Physical Fitness Committee. This committee is a subset of the Safety Committee and conducts a comprehensive review of Department policies with respect to fitness required for ongoing performance of the job plus duty time and equipment available for fitness training.
Physical Fitness Committee. The Local and the City agree to form a Physical Fitness Committee. The committee will be made up of six (6) members: three (3) members appointed by the Fire Chief and three (3) members appointed by the Union President. Union appointees shall be made be made up of one (1) member from each shift. The committee will meet at a minimum of once per quarter. The purpose of the committee is to make recommendations to the Fire Chief concerning the purchase of physical fitness equipment. In order to fund said equipment, the City agrees to allocate seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00) during the first month of each fiscal year. All fitness equipment shall be for use within the Lawton Fire Department. Purchases from said funding will be made based on the recommendations of the Physical Fitness Committee. All equipment purchased shall be considered as city property. Funding must be spent in the fiscal year for which the funding is allocated or said funding will revert back to the City’s general fund.
Physical Fitness Committee. The City proposes a joint committee of CMPA, CMPMA and Human Resources members to explore physical fitness testing with a medical component before September 2008. The goals of the committee will be to encourage and maintain good physical condition appropriate to the position and to evaluate fitness testing and make other program recommendations.
Physical Fitness Committee. The Town and the Association agree to establish a physical fitness advisory committee, consisting of six (6) members, to develop a voluntary physical fitness program for unit employees. The Association shall designate three (3) members and the Town Manager shall designate three (3) members.

  • COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE (1) Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, the Board shall appoint a Compliance Committee of at least three (3) directors, of which no more than one (1) shall be an employee or controlling shareholder of the Bank or any of its affiliates (as the term “affiliate” is defined in 12 U.S.C. § 371c(b)(1)), or a family member of any such person. Upon appointment, the names of the members of the Compliance Committee and, in the event of a change of the membership, the name of any new member shall be submitted in writing to the Assistant Deputy Comptroller. The Compliance Committee shall be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the Bank's adherence to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Labour Relations Committee (a) The parties agree that the purpose of the Labour Relations Committee is to discuss, and, if possible, resolve, any matters of interest to the parties. To this end, the parties shall meet to exchange information and may hold discussions in an attempt to solve any problem related to working conditions.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.
