Pilot Services. Where we provide Pilot Services, these are subject to additional limitations as set out in this Sec- tion 1.3 which shall prevail over other provisions of the Contract. You understand and acknowledge that Pilot Services may not have been fully tested or verified, may become unavailable, that their performance may be negatively affected, and/or that the Pilot Services may not meet industry practice security standards and might therefore negatively affect your internal procedures and business operations or impair the functionalities of your systems or devices. You may use the Pilot Services only for your internal use for the purpose of reviewing, eval- uating and testing the Pilot Services. Use of the Pilot Services is at your sole risk. We may, at our sole discretion,
Pilot Services. We may sometimes release to you on the Website or Mobile App products or services which are in a pilot or trial phase and which may contain features and functions that are incomplete or subject to substantial change or discontinuation (“Pilot Services”). We release these Pilot Services in order to test new products, features, and services, and we may make these Pilot Services available to you in order to get your feedback. We may change or discontinue Pilot Services at any time. Pilot Services are confidential until we publicly release information about them, and if you use Pilot Services, you agree to keep information about them confidential, including any feedback that you may have. Any Pilot Services are provided to you AS IS and without warranty.
Pilot Services. Where ABB provides Pilot Services, these are subject to additional limitations as set out in this Section 7.3 which shall prevail over other provisions of these Ability Reseller GTC. Reseller understands and acknowledges that Pilot Services may not have been fully tested or verified, may become unavailable, that their performance may be negatively af- fected, and/ or that the Pilot Services may not meet industry practice security standards and might therefore negatively affect the Customer's internal procedures and business operations or impair the functionalities of their systems or devices. The foregoing applies accordingly to the Reseller if the Reseller uses Pilot Services on its own systems or devices when providing Managed Services to a Customer. ABB provides the Pilot Services "as is" with- out any warranties and excluding all liability to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Laws.

You understand and ack- nowledge that Pilot Services may not have been fully tested or verified, may become unavailable, that their performance may be negatively affected, and/or that the Pilot Services may not meet industry practice security standards and might therefore negatively affect your internal procedures and business opera- tions or impair the functionalities of your systems or devices. You may use the Pilot Services only for your internal use for the purpose of reviewing, evaluating and testing the Pilot Services. Use of the Pilot Servi- ces is at your sole risk. We may, at our sole discretion, (i) modify the Pilot Services or features of the Pilot Services; (ii) provide upgrades, patches or maintenance; or (iii) terminate, limit, suspend or discontinue the Pilot Services or access to the Pilot Services.
Pilot Services. If We provide the Services to Customer during a pilot period, Legalicity will make one or more Services available to Customer until the earlier of the end of the pilot period or the start date of any commercial (i.e. non-pilot) subscriptions ordered by Customer for such Services. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, during any pilot period the Services are unsupported and are provided “as-is” without any warranties or indemnity whatsoever, and Legalicity will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with the Services during the pilot period.
Pilot Services. From time to time, ARX NIMBUS, LLC may make Pilot Services available to Customer at no charge. Customer may choose to try such Pilot Services or not in its sole discretion. Any use of Pilot Services is subject to the Pilot Services terms as agreed to at the initiation of Pilot Services.
Pilot Services. Mobile22 may make available to Subscriber, at no additional cost, a service, feature, functionality or product that is designated as beta, pilot, limited release, no-production, evaluation or developer preview (a “Pilot Service”). If Subscriber elects to obtain access to a Pilot Service, Subscriber acknowledges that (a) the Pilot Service is intended for evaluation purposes only and is made available on an “as is” basis, (b) Mobile22 makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Pilot Service, and (c) delivery of the Pilot Service may be subject to Subscriber’s agreement to additional terms. Pilot Services are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, but Sections 1.2, 1.5, 3, 7, 8 and 9 of these terms and conditions shall apply to the Pilot Services. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Mobile22 may discontinue a Pilot Services at any time and may elect to not make it generally available to customers.
Pilot Services. From time to time, We may make Pilot Services available to You at no charge. You may choose to try such Pilot Services or not in Your sole discretion. Pilot Services are intended for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Pilot Services are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, however, all restrictions, Our reservation of rights and Your obligations concerning the Services shall apply equally to Your use of Pilot Services. Unless otherwise stated, any Pilot Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Pilot Services becomes generally available without the applicable Pilot Services designation. We may discontinue Pilot Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Pilot Service.
Pilot Services. Where ABB provides Pilot Services, these are subject to additional limitations as set out in this Section 7.3 which shall prevail over other provisions of these Purchaser GTC. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that Pilot Services may not have been fully tested or verified, may become unavailable, that their performance may be negatively affected, and/or that the Pilot Services may not meet industry practice secu- rity standards and might therefore negatively affect the Customer's internal procedures and business opera- tions or impair the functionalities of their systems or devices. The foregoing applies accordingly to the Pur- chaser if the Purchaser uses Pilot Services on its own systems or devices when providing Managed Services to a Customer. ABB provides the Pilot Services "as is" without any warranties and excluding all liability to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Laws.
