Platform Maintenance. XPO shall maintain NTR on behalf of MKGI and manage all merchant relationships, products and services sold on the platform, as well as the reporting and accounting of all transactions to MKGI.
Platform Maintenance. It may be necessary for us to perform scheduled or unscheduled repairs or maintenance, or remotely patch or upgrade the Platform, which may temporarily degrade the quality of the Platform or result in a partial or complete outage of the Platform. In this regard, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such degradation in the quality or outage of the Platform.
Platform Maintenance. 3.1 Qudini shall, without prejudice to Qudini's other notice obligations hereunder, where practicable give to Client prior written notice of scheduled (or emergency) Platform Maintenance that is likely to affect the availability of the Qudini Services or is likely to have a material negative impact upon the Qudini Services.
3.2 Advance notice may not be given of emergency Platform Maintenance.
3.3 Qudini will use reasonable efforts to undertake Platform Maintenance outside the Client’s stores’ opening hours.
Platform Maintenance. Seller understands that WideOrbit does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at particular times or for any certain uptime commitment, and further acknowledges and agrees that WideOrbit may be required to take the Platform down for routine or emergency maintenance from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WideOrbit shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to inform Seller in advance of any planned Platform downtime for routine maintenance, and where possible, emergency maintenance.
Platform Maintenance. Developer will provide routine maintenance, software upgrades and updates, virus and security protection services for the Platform as identified by helpdesk support between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. of the local time zone where such maintenance, upgrades and updates will be implemented.
Platform Maintenance. The Platform is hosted, operated and maintained by WrkitUSA. If you experience any technical difficulty or have a query relating to the usage of the TalentBoost platform, WrkitUSA can be contacted at our registered offices. The pages of the XxxxxxXxxxx.xxxxx platform may contain errors in language, technical accuracy and/or redemption methodology. While we are deeply committed to keeping the platform up to date at all times, XxxxxXXX does not accept any liability that might be associated with such errors.
Platform Maintenance. 3.7.1 In the event of any planned maintenance of the platform that requires a temporary interruption of a Service (“Planned Maintenance”), PayU shall provide the Merchant with at least seven (7) days prior written notice of such Planned Maintenance. Thereafter, PayU shall send a written reminder to the Merchant at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled Planned Maintenance.
3.7.2 PayU shall schedule any Planned Maintenance during periods of low business activity (typically between the hours of 0:00 to 05:00 Nigeria time).
3.7.3 In the event of any unscheduled emergency maintenance of the platform, which includes, but it is not limited to, preventing a service failure or transactional loss (“Emergency Maintenance”), PayU will notify the Merchant as soon as reasonably possible of such Emergency Maintenance to be carried out.
Platform Maintenance. Waterfluence continuously maintains the features and security of its website software.
Platform Maintenance i. sensemetrics will use commercially reasonable efforts to limit Platform Maintenance resulting in Severity Level 1 Errors (as defined below) to less than two (2) hours per month. sensemetrics will notify Customer by email before performing any Platform Maintenance which it reasonably predicts or knows will cause a Severity 1 Error outside of standard Platform Maintenance times.
ii. The Service Commitment excludes any down-time arising from or related to (a) Customer requests for additional or modified Platform services, (b) Platform Maintenance, and/or (c) Third-Party Services.
iii. sensemetrics generally performs Platform Maintenance during the times specified below. Sometimes, however, it may be necessary to perform unscheduled maintenance. Company reserves the right to perform Platform Maintenance during times other than those specified below: Platform Maintenance Days Platform Maintenance Hours Thursdays 5pm to 6pm (MST)
Platform Maintenance. The Provider shall perform scheduled maintenance on the Platform with advance electronic notice (which notice may consist of a posting of the times of scheduled maintenance on the Provider’s website) to the Participant and shall perform unscheduled maintenance at such times as shall be reasonably necessary, in the Provider’s sole determination, to maintain the Platform in good working order, or to otherwise facilitate the proper performance of the Platform. To the extent reasonably practicable, the Provider shall endeavor to provide advance notice of such unscheduled maintenance.
