Severity 1 Error definition

Severity 1 Error means an Error which renders the Software completely inoperative (e.g., a User cannot access the Software due to unscheduled downtime or an Outage).
Severity 1 Error means that the applicable Qlik Product is inoperable or not accessible in a production environment due to i) a server-side failure, but not as a result of scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades, or ii) any event beyond the reasonable control of Qlik, including but not limited to any interruption of power, telecommunications or Internet connectivity, and any failure of Partner’s internal telecommunications equipment, browser or network configurations, hardware and/or third party software).
Severity 1 Error means that a Qlik Cloud Offering is down or not available due to i) a server-side failure, but not as a result of scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades, or ii) any event beyond the reasonable control of Qlik, including but not limited to any interruption of power, telecommunications or Internet connectivity, and any failure of Customer’s internal telecommunications equipment, browser or network configurations, hardware and/or third party software).

Examples of Severity 1 Error in a sentence

  • Customer will receive a call back from a Support Representative after-hours for a Severity 1 Error.

  • During normal business hours, support for Severity 1 Error and Severity 2 Error Support Requests following the guidelines specified in the relevant Standard Support Services and Premium Support Services sections.

  • As used herein, an “Error” collectively or individually, as the case may be, refers to a Severity 1 Error and/or a Severity 2 Error.

More Definitions of Severity 1 Error

Severity 1 Error means that the Service suffers an error or issue in a production down situation which cannot be reasonably circumvented and which so substantially impairs the performance of the Service or any components of the Service, which are critical to the Customer’s business, as to effectively render them unusable. Further, the Service will not be deemed Unavailable for any downtime or outages excluded from suchcalculation by reason of the exceptions set forth in Section 2 of this SLA. Provider’s recordsand data will be the basis for all SLA calculations and determinations.
Severity 1 Error means an Error that renders Licensed Software inoperative or causes Licensed Software to fail catastrophically.
