Player Fees. All player fees will be paid!! A minimum of ½ of your player fees will be paid before the first game. Those that have not paid ½ will not dress or play. You will not be given your player gear until your fees are paid. If you are out of uniform and not dressed properly you will run. Once ½ is paid your hat and pants will be given to you. The remaining ½ must be paid before February 28th game or you will not dress. Any fees paid will not be refunded if dismissed from team for any reason. You may keep the items you have paid for. I am giving you a couple of opportunities to earn money to pay for your fees so there should be no excuses. EXCUSED ABSENCES Excused absences from practice include but are not limited to: missing school due to illness, death in the family, etc. These absences do not result in additional running. I must have an e-mail, text, or written note discussing the absence. EARNING A VARSITY LETTER Players must be academically and athletically eligible at the conclusion of the season. Players must be a member of the VARSITY team at the conclusion of the season. There is no amount of innings played that guarantees a varsity letter, coaches discretion will be used when the above requirements are met. Player Fees. All player registration fees must be paid in full by the due date or the player will not be allowed to participate in team activities until it is paid. Upon being offered a spot on a team, a non refundable deposit of $100 will be due within 48hrs of the roster spot offer. Any deposits not received may end up in the roster spot being forfeited. This deposit will be applied to the registration fees. Player Fees. Each player (parent) is responsible for: The cost for the Fall/Winter season is $545 for 7th and 8th grade and $445 for 5th and 6th grade. Payment will be made to Des Moines Community Education due on September 6th, 2017. If fees are not paid in full or an acceptable payment plan established by the due date, the player will not be eligible for future tournaments until past due fees are paid or an acceptable payment plan agreed upon. Player Fees. NAPLES GATORS will provide to the park manager or designee a complete roster of all boys and girls (tackle and flag players & cheerleaders) that participate in the league, prior to the first game. Roster should include child’s name, address, zip code and telephone number(s). The CITY will then xxxx the NAPLES GATORS for each player and cheerleader, for each week of regular and playoff season. Participant Fees are: $1.00 per week, per child payable in full by the start of the regular season and by the end of playoff season.   • User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder.
