Political Action Fund. 28.01 The employer shall remit five cents ($0.05) per hour for each hour paid per employee as part of the Political Action Fund in accordance with Article 25. This five cents ($0.05) is a contribution from the employee and the wage rates printed in this Collective Agreement have been reduced by a sum equal to the amount remitted.
Political Action Fund. It is recognized that the District Council 21 has a Political Action Fund and is entitled to voluntary contributions by its members. Upon receipt of written authorization from an EMPLOYEE, the EMPLOYER agrees to deduct payments in the amount specified in the wages of said EMPLOYEE, and forward such monies to the Political Action Fund, in a manner consistent with Article 3.
Political Action Fund. In accordance with those procedures promulgated by the Office of the State Comptroller the State shall allow for the deduction of contributions for the Union’s political action fund.
Political Action Fund.
A. The Company shall deduct and transmit to the Communications Workers of America Political Action Fund, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000 contributions to CWA from the pay of each employee who voluntarily authorizes such contributions in a writing signed by the employee on a form provided for that purpose by CWA. Such forms received by the Company’s payroll department by the tenth (10th) day of the month shall become effective on the first (1st) day of the following month.
B. The Company shall remit to CWA Political Action Fund at the address above via electronic submission or one (1) check covering all deductions made in the prior month no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, together with a list of all employees for whom deductions were made and the amount of each deduction.
C. An employee may withdraw from this program at any time by providing a notice of revocation in writing, signed by the employee, and delivered to CWA Political Action Fund and the Company’s payroll department.
D. CWA shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims which may be made by employees arising out of or related to the application of this Letter of Agreement.

The Administrator will forward amounts received to the Local Union monthly and the Local Union shall forward to the I.U.P.A.T. Canadian Conference Political Action Fund the amounts required as per the Trust Agreement of the fund and as amended from time to time.
Political Action Fund. The Company agrees that it will check-off and transmit to the Treasurer of the United Steelworkers Political Action Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “USW-PAF”), voluntary contributions to the USW-PAF from the earnings of those employees who voluntarily authorized such contributions on forms provided for that purpose by the USW-PAF. The amount and timing of such voluntary contributions shall be as specified in such forms and in conformance with any applicable state or federal statutes. The signing of such USW-PAF check-off forms and the making of such voluntary annual contributions are not conditions of membership in the Union or of employment with the Company. The Union shall indemnify and save the Company harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of action taken or not taken by the Company for the purpose of complying with any of the provisions of this section.
