Position and Location. Executive shall render services to the Company in the position of Chief Technical Officer (“CTO”) reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) of the Company, and shall perform all services appropriate to that position for an organization the size of the Company that is engaged in the type of business engaged by the Company, as well as such other services of a nature customary to the position of CTO, as may be assigned by the CEO. Executive shall devote the Executive’s best efforts to the performance of the Executive’s duties and must at all times act in good faith towards the Company and any company with the same ultimate beneficial ownership as the Company (the “Group Companies”). Executive’s office will be in Pleasanton, California but Executive shall travel, from time to time, as Company business dictates without additional remuneration but subject to the reimbursement of business expenses, as set forth in Section 3(e) below.
Position and Location a. Effective on the Commencement Date, Executive shall serve as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. ("D&B Inc.") and shall be appointed to serve as a member of the board of directors of the Company without additional compensation. Following the proposed spin-off of The New D&B Corporation ("New D&B") from the Company (the "Spinoff"), Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of New D&B and shall be appointed as the Chairman of the board of directors of New D&B. At all times, Executive shall have such duties and authority as are commensurate with his then position. Prior to the Spinoff, Executive shall report only to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and after the Spinoff Executive shall report only to the Board of Directors of New D&B. As used in this Agreement, the term "Board" shall mean the board of directors of the Company prior to the Spinoff and the board of directors of New D&B following the Spinoff.
Position and Location. (a) With effect from the Commencement Date, the Employer agrees to employ the Employee on a casual basis in the position of ............................................................... in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(b) The Employee will be required to work from the University of Sydney campus or such other location or locations as the Employer or Club administrator may reasonably require.
Position and Location. Upon commencement of Executive’s employment with the Company, which is expected to occur February 5, 2018 (such actual date of commencement of employment, the “Start Date”), Executive shall serve as the Senior Vice President (“SVP”) and Chief Medical Officer (“CMO”) of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be to serve as SVP and CMO with the responsibilities, rights, authority and duties pertaining to such offices as are established from time to time by the CEO, and Executive shall report to the CEO. Executive shall also act as an officer and/or director and/or manager of such Affiliates of the Company as may be designated by the CEO from time to time, commensurate with Executive’s office, all without further compensation, other than as provided in this Agreement. As used herein, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company. Executive’s principal place of business for performance of services to the Company under this Agreement shall be in the San Francisco Bay area. The Company will, from time to time, reasonably require Executive to travel temporarily to other locations, including to the Company’s headquarters in Houston, Texas in connection with the Company’s business.
Position and Location. You shall serve as the Company’s Chief Development Officer, responsible for performing such duties as are assigned to you from time to time, reporting to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer. Your principal office location will be your personal residence in Southern California, although you may work at such other locations as mutually agreed. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require you to perform your duties at places other than your principal office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel. The Company may change your position, duties, and work location from time to time in its discretion, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Severance Plan (as defined below).

Upon commencement of Executive’s employment with the Company, which is expected to occur on August 21, 2017 (such actual date of commencement of employment, the “Start Date”), Executive shall serve as the Senior Vice President (“SVP”) and Chief Business Officer (“CBO”) of the Company. Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be to serve as SVP and CBO with the responsibilities, rights, authority and duties pertaining to such offices as are established from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (“CEO”), and Executive shall report to the CEO. Executive shall also act as an officer and/or director and/or manager of such Affiliates of the Company as may be designated by the CEO from time to time, commensurate with Executive’s office, all without further compensation, other than as provided in this Agreement. As used herein, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company. Executive’s principal place of business for performance of services to the Company under this Agreement shall be in the San Francisco Bay area. The Company is anticipating establishing an office location in the San Francisco Bay area and upon such establishment, such location shall be Executive’s primary office location. The Company may from time to time reasonably require Executive to travel temporarily to other locations, including Houston, Texas in connection with the Company’s business.
Position and Location. 3.1 Party B will be employed in the position of Manufacturing Vice President. During the term of this Contract, Party B shall not engage in any part-time job, directly or indirectly taking part in commercial competition activities similar to the business activities which Party A engages or to engage in, including but not limited to being employed by a company which competes with Party A, engaging in competitive consulting or other business activities, or providing technical information, technical parameters and trade secrets etc to a company which competes with Party A.
3.2 Party B is expected to work at Zhejiang Jiashan. After the signing of this Contract, Party A will dispatch Party B to work in Party A or subordinate companies of Party A by means of dispatching letter. As requested by Party A or according to the ability and performance of Party B, Party B agrees that Party A may from time to time, adjust the work position, contents, place, salary and/or other related matters of Party B under this Contract.
3.3 Party B’s working contents and responsibility, including without limitation, the authorization, contents, procedures and methods of work shall be according to Party A’s Duty Statement. Before receiving such Duty Statement, Party B shall comply with the requirements of Party A’s functionary.
3.4 Party B shall fulfill the assigned work and meet reasonable requirements on quality, quantity and time limit. Party A shall be entitled to assign Party B to tackle with one or more temporary jobs during working time. Party B shall accept and fulfill the assigned jobs to the best of his/her abilities or exceeding the expected commercial purpose.
Position and Location. The Company shall employ Employee in an Executive Management Team position, reporting to Chief Executive Officer. Employee will be based at the Company's office in Reading, U.K. travelling to other locations as reasonably required in the performance of his/her duties.
