Post-Conference Clause Samples

The Post-Conference clause outlines the obligations and procedures that parties must follow after a conference or event has concluded. Typically, this may include requirements for submitting final reports, returning borrowed materials, settling outstanding payments, or providing feedback. By clearly defining these post-event responsibilities, the clause ensures that all parties complete necessary follow-up actions, thereby facilitating a smooth conclusion to the event and preventing misunderstandings or disputes regarding post-conference duties.
Post-Conference. A meeting of the Member and the evaluator for the purpose of providing feedback of the formal evaluation.
Post-Conference. The evaluator shall have a post-observation conference with the employee within ten (10) workdays following the on site observation. Prior to the post-conference, the employee will be given a copy of the formal evaluation. The evaluator and the employee shall sign the completed evaluation. The employee’s signature will note receipt of the form but may not mean agreement with the contents.

Teachers shall be given a copy of the formal observation document the day before the observation conference is to occur. All formal observations shall be signed by both the evaluator and by the person evaluated. The signature of the person evaluated shall not indicate agreement with the content of the evaluation, but only that the evaluation has been reviewed by the teacher.

Post-Conference. A post conference will be conducted for all teachers being evaluated within 15 working days. Both Tenured teachers, who are on the cycle to be evaluated, and Non-tenured teachers shall complete the process no later than March 1 of each year. All review documents to be used in the administrator’s report on the individual teacher to the Board shall be made available to the teacher at this conference. Teachers shall have the right to respond to this exit review in writing, and have their attachment accompany the report to the Board.
Post-Conference. Within 10 instructional days of your observation a post-conference will be held and you will receive written feedback about your lesson and teaching. You may be asked to bring some student work completed during the lesson. If you have some students who did not meet the learning target, that doesn’t mean your lesson didn’t go well. What is important is that you have a plan for next steps that will assist those who were challenged by the lesson. If the lesson did not go as well as expected, you or your evaluator may request an additional observation. Your evaluator may also ask you what was effective? What might you change? At the end of the conference, you will be given a copy of their feedback.
