POST-EVALUATION MEETING. Subsequent to the evaluation, the evaluator shall meet with the unit member to discuss the results of the evaluation. Any areas noted as “Needs Improvement” must be accompanied with written suggestions for improvement. The unit member shall have the opportunity to attach a written response to the “Instructor Evaluation Checklist.” The completed evaluation forms shall be placed in the unit member’s official personnel file.

POST-EVALUATION MEETING. After completion of the official evaluation report, a meeting shall be held between the evaluator and the employee, within 5 working days, to discuss the report.
POST-EVALUATION MEETING. The evaluation shall be followed by a reflective conference and discussion of the evaluation with the teacher. The final conference and discussion shall be held after the preparation of the written evaluation, but within five (5) school days after the observation and prior to its inclusion in the teacher’s personnel file.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Consultation Meetings (A) Upon request by the Union, the Secretary of the Department of Management Services or designee or the Agency Head or designee shall make a good faith effort to meet and consult on a quarterly basis. Such meetings shall be held at a time and place agreed to by the state and the Union.
