- P.O.S.T. INCENTIVE PROGRAM. 10.1 Full-time employees employed in the classifications of Police Officer, Senior Police Officer, Corporal, Police Helicopter Pilot, Police Sergeant, or Helicopter Sergeant are eligible to participate in this P.O.S.T. Certificate Program upon meeting the following criteria. According to California Code of Regulations Sections 571(a) and (b) the special pay herein will be reported to CalPERS as special compensation.

- P.O.S.T. INCENTIVE PROGRAM. 9.1 PAY FOR CERTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA COMMISSION ON POLICE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING (“POST”). – Employees in the Association who have passed their initial City probation shall be eligible for additional pay as follows:
- P.O.S.T. INCENTIVE PROGRAM. Because it is in the best interest of the City and safety personnel to keep members of the Police Department informed and up-to-date on current law enforcement techniques and procedures the following incentive program is instituted: A Police Officer attaining the POST Intermediate Certificate will be entitled to 2.5% special pay above the base salary and an additional 2.5% above the base salary for the POST Advanced Certificate as reflected on the salary schedule. POST incentive pay shall be retroactive to the date of the POST certificate, provided that the employee submits the certificate to the Chief of Police within 30 days of receipt.
- P.O.S.T. INCENTIVE PROGRAM. It is in the best interest of the City and safety personnel to keep members of the Police Department Administration informed on current law enforcement techniques, procedure and management practices. The following incentive program is instituted effective January 1, 2014: 1. A Lieutenant attaining the POST Management Certificate will be entitled to a 2.5% special pay above the base salary.

  • Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.

Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Long Term Incentive Plan The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan in accordance with its terms that may be in effect from time to time and subject to such other terms as the Board, in its sole discretion, may approve.

  • Long-Term Incentive Award During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, on terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion taking into account Company and individual performance objectives.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.
