Post Warranty Service. If Post Warranty Service is purchased before the base warranty or other Service described in this Agreement expires, it will begin the day after the base warranty or other Service purchased expires. If Post Warranty Service is purchased after the base warranty or other Service purchased expires, Post Warranty Service begins on the day of purchase. Post Warranty Service is available for Lenovo products only if the product is in good working order as determined by Lenovo. Lenovo reserves the right to inspect a product within one month from the purchase date of Post Warranty Service. If Lenovo determines the product is not in good working order, Lenovo will notify you and advise you of the cost to place the product in good working order. If you elect not to have the product placed in good working order at your expense, you may reject Post Warranty Service and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Post Warranty Service. Supplier will offer post warranty Services as specified in the relevant SOW or identify a third party which will provide such Services. In the event a third party or Buyer will provide such Services, Supplier will provide the designated party with the information required for the performance of the Services.
Post Warranty Service. 10.1 The Seller is obliged to ensure paid post-warranty service upon the Purchaser’s request for a period of at least 5 years after the expiry of the warranty period's last day. The provisions of Art.9 and Art.12 hereof, pertaining to defect removal and liability for failure to remove defects, shall apply similarly to the post-warranty service.
Post Warranty Service. Customer may choose to purchase a Service Contract for repair or service after an Instrument’s warranty period. Details are available from Tosoh’s System Sales Specialists and Field Service Engineers. The option is available to purchase a Service Contract at the time of Instrument purchase for a discount. This contract would be in effect after the warranty period.
Post Warranty Service. For serialized Machines, Post Warranty Service is provided for Eligible Machines where either the Lenovo limited hardware warranty period has expired or the purchased Warranty Service Upgrade has expired, whichever is applicable. Post Warranty Service is also available for Non-serialized Lenovo machines whose Lenovo limited hardware warranty has expired. Eligible Products may require the installation and use of remote connectivity tools and equipment for direct problem reporting, remote problem determination and resolution. A machine is only considered "Eligible" if it is operational and in conformance with its official published specifications on the contract start date. All Eligible Machines must be in good working order.
Post Warranty Service. HMSA may, but shall not be obligated to, provide post-warranty service for PRODUCTS sold and installed by HMSA in the Territory. HMSA acknowledges and agrees that, except to the extent of its obligations under sections 8 and 11.2.2, SWISSRAY has no responsibility and assumes no liability for post-warranty service performed by HMSA.
Post Warranty Service. Helix shall have the right to enter into direct contractual agreements with Customers to provide post warranty repair and service of Products. Payments for Post Warranty repair and service shall made directly to Helix by the Customer and shall be retained in full by Helix. ATT shall provide parts and materials to Helix as Helix requires at a price [*] than the current list price and shall deliver parts and material to Helix in a prompt and timely manner.
Post Warranty Service a. To receive the Post Warranty Service offerings, you need to fill out the registration form that is included in the package, and send it to Lenovo. Lenovo will complete your Post Warranty Service registration with the registration form.
Post Warranty Service. 3Com highly recommends purchasing an extended warranty for all 3Com Products to significantly reduce unexpected repair costs after the Warranty Period. You can purchase a post-warranty service contract from your authorized 3Com dealer. Please contact your authorized 3Com dealer for post-warranty service on all 3Com Products.
Post Warranty Service. (a). Post-warranty service includes preventive maintenance as deemed appropriate by BCS and remedial maintenance, including replacement parts required for Products used under normal operating conditions. BCS shall maintain such Maintenance records, including records with respect to On-site Response Time and Time to Repair, as it keeps in its normal course of business. Upon request of Ordering Company, BCS shall provide a copy of such records to Ordering Company.
