UNION NOTICE BOARD. The employer shall make available notice board space in an agreed place for the display of official union notices.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. The Company agrees to provide, in each of its locations covered by the collective agreement, one bulletin board, in a convenient location, for the use of the Union. The main purpose of the bulletin board shall be for the posting of notices relating to union meetings, union elections, union officers and staff, social and recreational events.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. The Company agrees to provide a closed in notice board space for the exclusive use of the Union for the posting of Union notices. All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local Union and be submitted to the Human Resources Manager or his/her designated representative, for his/her concurrence.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. The Company agrees to provide three (3) closed in notice board spaces, one (1) in the main hall, one (1) in the cafeteria and one (1) in the new warehouse for the exclusive use of the Union for the posting of Union notices. All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local Union and be submitted to the Human Resources Manager or his/her designated representative, for his/her concurrence.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. The Company shall erect a notice-board at his depot yard or garage for the purpose of posting any notice thereon in connection with union business, such board to be in a prominent position. All notices shall be signed by an officer of the union. Where twenty or more employees are engaged in any one-yard or depot pursuant to the terms of this agreement such notice board shall have a glass cover fitted with a lock
UNION NOTICE BOARD. (a) The Employer shall provide one (1) bulletin board for use by the Union to post notice(s) of Union meeting(s) and/or social event(s); the content(s) of any such notice(s) to be limited strictly to providing the aforesaid information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no such notice(s) shall contain any content which is immoral, illegal or discriminatory in nature, or which otherwise is, in any way, “negative” or otherwise “derogatory” concerning the Employer.
(b) Before posting any such notice(s), the Union, or any of its duly authorized representative(s), be they internal or external, shall provide a copy to the Employer for the purposes of review. The Union specifically agrees that the Employer reserves the right to forbid the posting of any Union notice(s) which, in the opinion of the Employer, subject to its sole discretion, is/are in violation of the provisions of this Clause 8.05, pending the outcome of any arbitration in these respects advanced by the Union.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. (c) The Union further agrees that if any of its representative(s), or anyone else, posts any documentation on the bulletin board provided by the Employer that, in the opinion of the Employer, subject to its sole discretion, violates the provisions of this Clause 8.05, the Employer shall have the right to remove the offending documentation, pending the outcome of any arbitration in these respects advanced by the Union.
UNION NOTICE BOARD. The Company will provide space on existing notice boards for Employee information pertaining to Union matters.
