Price for Work. In consideration of the furnishing of all necessary labor, equipment and material and the completion of all work by the Contractor, and on the delivery of all materials embraced in this contract in full conformity with the specifications and stipulations herein contained, the Owner agrees to pay the Contractor the price set forth in the proposal attached hereto, which has been made a part of this contract, and the Contractor hereby agrees to receive such price in full for furnishing all materials and all labor required for the aforesaid work, also, for all expenses incurred by Contractor and for well and truly performing the same and the whole thereof in the manner and according to this agreement, the attached specifications, plans, contract documents and requirements of Owner's Representative.
Price for Work. CONSULTANT agrees to perform all work described in Exhibit “A” for a total price not to exceed $XX,XXX. No increase in this price shall be allowed without the express written consent of the District. The District shall have no obligation to grant this consent and may deny consent to any price increase, in its sole discretion.
Price for Work. Contractor agrees to perform the Work for an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($30,000) for each display, for a maximum price of Ninety Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($90,000) for three displays in three years.
Price for Work. 01 Prices for the Work shall be full compensation for all labour, Equipment and Material required in its performance. The term "all labour, Equipment, and Material" shall include Hand Tools, supplies, and other incidentals.
Price for Work. The Customer is obliged to pay to the Contractor the agreed-upon price for the Work under the conditions stipulated in the Contract for work. Pursuant to the conditions stipulated in the Contract for work and these BTT, the price for the Work has been agreed by the Contracting parties as the maximum fixed price. It shall apply throughout the term of the Contract for work, regardless of inflation and other effects. The Contractor declares that they have included in their calculation all costs incurred with regard to the Work, including packaging, transportation, insurance, provision of documentation, labelling, customs, duties, warehousing etc., as well as the costs of warranty repairs in the event of defects during the warranty period and with regard to deadlines for the remedy of the defects pursuant to the Contract for work. The price for the Work is also deemed to include disassembly and assembly or other related works, as long as they are subject matter of performance of the Contract for Work.
Price for Work. Contracting parties agreed that Principal shall pay Contractor for the performance of the Work in compliance with Section III of this contract the agreed price of: Amounting to EUR 10 for one hour. The contractor is required to submit an invoice every month, accompanied by an overview of the hours worked and a description of the activities he has carried out for Principal. The agreed price for complete fulfilment of the Work in accordance with Article 1 of this Section is final and the maximum permitted price. The agreed price includes all Contractor’s costs on the proper performance of the Work in the extent specified in Section III of this contract. With the price for the performance of the Work, Contractor shall charge VAT at the statutory rate specified by Act No. 235/2004 coll., on VAT, as amended. Alternatively, in case VAT is changed during the performance of the Work, Contractor undertakes to charge VAT in compliance with the valid regulations. The agreed price also includes all prices of work and supplies not mentioned in the technical specification but of which Contractor knew or may have known within their professional knowledge that they are necessary for the performance of the Work. In case Contractor performs any of the works without Principal's written consent, Principal has the right to refuse to pay for them. The invoices shall include the Reference O31CDVZP01
Price for Work. In consideration of the furnishing of material and the completion of all work by the Company, in full conformity with the specifications and stipulations herein contained, the City agrees to pay the Company the prices set forth in the tender thereto attached which is hereby made a part of this contract. The Company hereby agrees to receive such prices in full for furnishing all material and all labour required for the aforesaid Work, also for all expenses incurred for well and truly performing the same in the manner and according to the specifications and requirements of the City.
Price for Work. Black Hills Works agrees to perform the custodial services for a total annual price not to exceed Sixty Seven Thousand Dollars ($67,000). Black Hills Works will only be paid for Work actually performed and accepted by City.
Price for Work. Owner agrees to pay Contractor the final Contract Price in consideration of Contractor furnishing of all the necessary labor, equipment, and material, the completion of all Work by Contractor, and on the Final Completion of all Work and the delivery of all materials embraced in this Contact in full conformity with the Contract Documents. Contractor hereby agrees to pay such prices as are necessary for furnishing all materials and all labor required for the aforesaid Work, including all expenses incurred by him, and for well and truly performing the same and the whole thereof in the manner prescribed by and in accordance with this Contract, including the attached Technical Specifications, and requirements of Engineer.
Price for Work. 1. The Customer undertakes to pay the Contractor the agreed price for work: Price excl. VAT 5. 225,- USD (+ bank fees)
2. The Customer shall remit the agreed price to the account of the Contractor against the invoice issued by the Contractor following due delivery of the subject-matter of the Contract to the Customer. Invoice maturity shall be 21 days after the delivery of the invoice to the Customer.
