REPORTING FOR WORK 11.01 An employee reporting for work at the scheduled starting time, unless notified the previous day not to report, and for whom no work is available, shall receive four
Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.
Cost of Additional Review The Design Professional shall be responsible for an initial and one subsequent review of the Submittal. Where the subsequent Submittal is not accepted due to noncompliance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall be responsible for payment for the additional time required by the Design Professional to complete the Submittal review.
Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.
PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.
Modified Work/Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty.
CONTRACT PRICE/PRICE LIMITATION/ PAYMENT 5.1 The contract price, method of payment, and terms of payment are identified and more particularly described in EXHIBIT C which is incorporated herein by reference.
THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell.
