Printing of Negotiated Agreement. Each professional staff member shall be provided an updated copy of the negotiated Agreement following ratification of both parties. The Board shall take the responsibility of preparation (including typing). Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the shared expense of the Association and the Board, and the Association will present it to all teachers now employed or hereafter employed by the Board.
Printing of Negotiated Agreement. The District will post a copy of the Negotiated Agreement between the School District and the Association on the District Intranet. The District will update the item regarding the printing of the negotiated agreement to reflect a 2007-2008 acknowledgment. All employees may receive this information from the District Intranet. There will also be a paper copy in the Media Center of each building, in the Principal’s offices, and the Association will receive 5 copies to distribute. The District also recommends that because of the sheer length of the document that the Procedural Agreement be removed from the Collective Bargaining Agreement rather than distributed to members since the Procedural Agreement guides the mechanics of negotiations, but does not relate to the individual duties and responsibilities or terms and conditions of employment of individual bargaining unit members. Printing of Negotiated Agreement. The Association and/or the Superintendent shall provide to the Board a clean, finalized copy of the Negotiated Agreement. The Association shall be in charge of distribution of Negotiated Agreements to new hires. The Superintendent shall provide electronic access to the Negotiated Agreement. All officers, building representatives and appointed/ elected officers are permitted to use District equipment and supplies to print copies of the Negotiated Agreement.
