PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 2.1. The RL shall submit each Request via email using the form set out in Annex 4.
2.2. Within one (1) Business Day of receiving a Request, NLT will notify the RL on whether the Request has been accepted or rejected by NLT. Where the Request has been rejected, NLT shall inform the RL of the reason for the rejection.
2.3. Where the Request is accepted by NLT, NLT shall conduct a desktop study to evaluate the feasibility of supplying the DC-to-DC Connection, and shall issue a desktop study report on the details of the proposed deployment of the DC-to-DC Connection, which may include (but is not limited to) the following information:
(a) Distance of the proposed fibre route; and
(b) The theoretical signal loss applicable for the proposed fibre route.
2.4. In the event that the RL does not accept the desktop study report within ten (10) Business Days, the Request shall be deemed cancelled, and the RL shall be liable for the Cancellation Charges as set out in Annex 3.
2.5. In the event that the RL accepts the desktop study report, and decides to proceed with the Request, the RL shall notify NLT of its acceptance via email within ten (10) Business Days.
2.6. Subject to the RL’s acceptance of the desktop study report and any charges to be imposed by NLT on the RL on Cost-Oriented Basis, NLT shall conduct a site survey to assess the cable routing for each DC-to-DC Connection. NLT shall thereafter provide a quotation of any applicable one-time Installation Charge (“OTC”) and of any additional cost (e.g. special trunking and scaffolding) to carry out the installation work arising from the need to deploy specialised equipment (“Quotation”), as well as the estimated service activation period for each DC-to-DC Connection, prior to fulfilling the said order.
2.7. NLT shall commence the fibre deployment subject to the following conditions:
2.7.1. The RL agrees to the OTC and other costs indicated in the Quotation proposed by NLT pursuant to paragraph 2.6 above;
2.7.2. The RL must provide its acceptance of the service activation period indicated by NLT and the Quotation to NLT within twenty (20) Business Days of receiving the Quotation (“Acceptance Period). In the event that the RL fails to formally accept the service activation period within the aforementioned periods, the Request shall be deemed cancelled and the RL shall be liable for Cancellation Charges stipulated in Annex 3 of the Agreement;

PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 2.1. The RL shall submit a written request for a COD Connection with respect to a Primary Connection by completing and emailing a completed form in the format set out in Annex 3. The RL shall indicate the Application Reference using prefix “<GOVTECH/T17032/<[NAME OF AGENCY]>” in the email.
2.2. Subject to the charges set out in Annex 2 and herein, NLT shall conduct a site survey to assess the cable routing and other works required for the order related to each COD Connection. NLT shall provide the RL with a quotation (“Quotation”) of the total applicable one-time Installation Charge (comprising the Standard Installation Charge and any additional charges as described under this Annex 1 and Annexes 4 and 5) (“OTC”) prior to fulfilling the said order. NLT shall also determine and notify the RL of the estimated service activation period in respect of each COD Connection.
2.3. NLT shall commence the fibre deployment from NLT’s designated Central Office to the NBAP TP location specified by the RL subject to the following conditions:
2.3.1. The RL agrees to the applicable OTC communicated by NLT in the Quotation referred to in
2.3.2. The RL must provide its acceptance of the service activation period indicated by NLT and the Quotation to NLT within twenty (20) Business Days of receiving the Quotation (“Acceptance Period”), save that NLT shall grant an additional ten (10) Business Days to accept the service activation period upon receipt of the RL’s written request for the same no later than five (5) Business Days before the expiry of the Acceptance Period. In the event that the RL fails to formally accept the service activation period within the aforementioned periods, the Request shall be deemed cancelled and the RL shall be liable for Cancellation Charges stipulated in Annex 2 to the Agreement.
2.3.3. The RL shall assist NLT by providing access to the necessary existing facilities within the relevant Building or NBAP for the deployment of the COD Connection which may include (but are not limited to) the cable trunking leading to the Indoor TP location. For the avoidance of doubt, all other costs arising from the COD Connection as incurred by NLT (including but not limited to creation of access panel opening or panel, installation of cable tray, other relevant work and security escort services) shall be separately chargeable by NLT and paid for by the RL.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 2.1. The RL shall submit a Request under Schedule 3 of the Approved ICO via the NetLink Trust Platform with respect to each 1:16 NBAP Connection required and shall include the prefix “<GOVTECH/T17032/<[NAME OF AGENCY]>” in the ‘Application Reference’ field. In the event that the RL fails to include the abovementioned prefix in the ‘Application Reference’ field when submitting the Request, the charges that apply to that 1:16 NBAP Connection shall be based on Schedule 15 of the Approved ICO instead of Annex 2 of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the ordering and provisioning procedures set out in clauses 4 and 5 of Schedule 3 of the Approved ICO shall apply to this Agreement notwithstanding any variance in the definition of “NBAP Connection”, unless specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement.
2.2. The RL shall first submit a Request under Schedule 10, followed by a Request under Schedule 11 of the Approved ICO via the NetLink Trust Platform within the same day with respect to each 1:1 NBAP Connection required. The RL shall indicate the same Application Reference using prefix “<GOVTECH/T17032/<[NAME OF AGENCY]>” in the ‘Application Reference’ field when submitting both Requests. In the event that the RL fails to indicate the same Application Reference using the abovementioned prefix in the ‘Application Reference’ field when submitting the Requests, the charges that apply to that 1:1 NBAP Connection shall be based on Schedule 15 of the Approved ICO instead of Annex 2 of this Agreement.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 2.1. The Requesting Licensee shall submit a Request under either Schedule 3, Schedule 10 or Schedule 11 of the Approved ICO via the NetLink Trust Platform with respect to each NBAP or CO-to-NBAP Connection required. For the avoidance of doubt, the ordering procedures set out in Clause 4 of Schedule 3, Clause 4 of Schedule 10 and Clause 4 of Schedule 11 of the Approved ICO shall apply.
2.2. Subject to charges to be imposed by NLT on the Requesting Licensee on Cost-Oriented Basis, NLT shall conduct a site survey to assess the cable routing for the order related to each NBAP and CO-to-NBAP Connection. NLT shall inform the Requesting Licensee of any applicable one- time Installation Charge for digging or trenching work prior to fulfilling the said order.
2.3. NLT shall commence the fibre deployment from NLT’s designated Central Office to the NBAP TP location specified by the Requesting Licensee subject to the following conditions:
2.3.1. The Requesting Licensee agrees to the one-time Installation Charges for digging or trenching work proposed by NLT pursuant to paragraph 2.2 above;
2.3.2. The Requesting Licensee must provide its acceptance of the service activation period and agreement to pay the one-time charge to NLT within ten (10) Business Days, failing which, the Request shall be deemed cancelled and the Requesting Licensee shall be liable for Cancellation Charges stipulated in Schedule 15 of the Approved ICO in respect of Schedule 3 orders, and Annex 2 in respect of Schedule 10 and Schedule 11 orders.
2.3.3. The Requesting Licensee shall assist NLT by providing access to the necessary existing facilities within the relevant building for the deployment of the NBAP and CO-to-NBAP Connection which may include (but are not limited to) the cable trunking leading to the NBAP TP location.
2.3.4. In the event that NLT is unable to deploy the NBAP or CO-to-NBAP Connection using existing facilities, NLT shall build new ones and recover the cost from the Requesting Licensee on a Cost-Oriented Basis.
2.3.5. In the event that NLT has to incur any additional cost (e.g. special trunking and scaffolding) to carry out the installation work arising from the need to access rooftop sites and/or deploy specialised equipment, NLT shall recover the cost from the Requesting Licensee on a Cost-Oriented Basis.
2.3.6. The Requesting Licensee shall secure access for NLT to carry out any works and to liaise with Building Management where necessary.

3.3 The RL shall obtain all necessary approvals, permits and consents (including approvals from the relevant building manager) at its own cost to facilitate NLT’s access to all necessary areas within the relevant Designated Building, and all works relating to the NBAP Connection (including but not limited to any subsequent repair, replacement or upgrade to any equipment or facility forming part of the NBAP Connection).
PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 3.1 The RL shall submit the request for the NRES 1:1 Connection in the form of a self-provide order (“Request”) via Service Portal.
3.2 NLT shall arrange for the handover of the NRES 1:1 Connection to the RL within five (5) business days from the date of the Request.
3.3 The RL shall obtain all necessary approvals, permits and consents (including approvals from the relevant building manager) at its own cost to facilitate NLT’s access to all necessary areas within the Designated Building, and all works relating to the NRES 1:1 Connection (including but not limited to any subsequent repair, replacement or upgrade to any equipment or facility forming part of the
PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 3.1. The RL shall submit the requests for a NRES 1:16 Connection (each a “Request”) via the Service Portal, and each Request shall take the form of a ‘TP to install’ order or a ‘self-provide’ order as indicated in the table set out in Annex 2.
3.2. NLT shall arrange for the handover of each NRES 1:16 Connection to the RL within the following timelines:
(a) ten (10) Business Days of the Request in the case of a ‘TP to install’ order, and
(b) five (5) Business Days from the date of the Request in the case of a ‘self-provide’ order.
3.3. The RL shall obtain all necessary approvals, permits and consents (including approvals from the relevant building manager) at its own cost to facilitate NLT’s access to all necessary areas within the Designated Buildings, and all works relating to the NRES 1:16 Connections (including but not limited to any subsequent repair, replacement or upgrade to any equipment or facility forming part of the NRES 1:16 Connections).
PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR SERVICES. 2.1. Save for the following steps, the request procedure set out in paragraph 2.1 of Annex 1 of the Main GovTech CA shall continue to apply:
2.1.1. The RL shall indicate the prefix “< >” in the ‘Application Reference’ field when submitting the Request for each 1:16 NBAP Connection;
2.1.2. When submitting requests in respect of each , the RL shall submit the request for the first 1:16 NBAP Connection using account no. “ ” under the Main GovTech CA, and the RL shall submit the request for the second 1:16 NBAP Connection using account no. “ ”.
2.1.3. The RL shall submit the address of the relevant together with the Order Request Identifiers (ORIs) of the first and second 1:16 NBAP Connections for that no later than (one) 1 Business Day from the date of the requests.
