Prohibited Uses of the Services. You agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in all of your activities, including your use of the External Transfers, Zelle and Other Payment Services and Xxxx Pay services, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications you send through the Services. We and our Vendors have the right but not the obligation, to monitor and remove communications with content that we find in our sole discretion to be objectionable in any way. The following types of payments are prohibited (“Prohibited Payments”) through External Transfers, Zelle and Other Payments Services, and Xxxx Pay, and we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor for, block, cancel, and/or reverse such payments: 1. Payments to or from persons or entities located in prohibited territories (including any territory outside of the United States); 2. Payments that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, 3. Payments that violate the terms of this Agreement, 4. Payments that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, 5. Tax payments, court ordered payments (including court-ordered amounts of alimony or child support), fines, payments to loan sharks or for gambling debts or payments otherwise prohibited by law, 6. Transactions that would result in payments to beneficiaries listed on the Specially Designated National lists from the U.S. Department of Treasury, or 7. Payments that would violate (or cause BMO Xxxxxx Bank to violate) any economic sanctions laws or regulations of the United States, including those issued by the Office of Foreign Asset Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Executive Order of the President, or a directive of the U.S. Department of Treasury. Except as required by applicable law, in no event are we or our Vendors liable for claims or damages resulting from your scheduling of Prohibited Payments. We have no obligation to research or resolve any claim resulting from a Prohibited Payment. Research and resolution for misapplied, mis-posted or misdirected Prohibited Payments is your sole responsibility. We encourage you to provide notice to us by the methods described in Section V.A.2 (Contacting Us; Customer Service) above of any violations of this Agreement generally.

Prohibited Uses of the Services. You agree that You will use the Services ONLY as permitted pursuant to this Agreement, and you expressly agree that You DO NOT have the right to: • Transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. • Send Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE", "spam"). The sending of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email through Our servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertising a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on Our servers, is prohibited. Our accounts or services may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this Policy or that of the other provider. • Run unconfirmed mailing lists. Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without the express and verifiable permission of the email address owner is prohibited. All mailing lists run by Our customers must be Closed-loop ("Confirmed Opt-in"). The subscription confirmation message received from each address owner must be kept on file for the duration of the existence of the mailing list. Purchasing lists of email addresses from 3rd parties for mailing to or from any of Our hosted domains, or referencing any accounts with Us, is prohibited. • Advertise, transmit, or otherwise make available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this Agreement or the acceptable use policy of any other Internet Service Provider. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, a prohibition on the facilitation of the means to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing, and denial of service attacks; • Use, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services, content we provide or content which You obtain through the Services for commercial purposes; • Make unauthorized attempts to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to You; • Obtain or attempt to obtain the Services by any means or device with intent to avoid payment; • Alter, destroy, or access without authorization any information of Our customers or end-users by any means or device, or make any attempt ther...
Prohibited Uses of the Services. The Customer will not use the Services or permit others to use the Services in any way that (i) violates any local, provincial or federal law or regulation;
Prohibited Uses of the Services. The Customer will not use the Services or permit others to use the Services in any way that (i) violates any local, provincial or federal law or regulation; (ii) subjects DSM Telecom, its subsidiaries, clients, or the Customer to criminal or civil liability, (iii) intentionally through the actions or inactions of the Customer adversely affect the operation of DSM Telecom’s network or that of its suppliers or (iv) contravenes this Agreement. DSM Telecom has no obligation to monitor the Services, but may do so and may disclose information regarding DSM Telecom’s use of the Services to satisfy lawful governmental requests, to operate, maintain or improve the Services, or to protect DSM Telecom, its subsidiaries, clients and the Customer against criminal and civil liability. The Services may be used for voice and facsi mile, excluding broadcast facsimile, communications only and may not be used for data communications.
Prohibited Uses of the Services. You must not use the Services: You further understand and agree that you must not: ● Use the Pwnbox for any other reason other than to interact with HackTheBox content. ● Interact with other user’s systems and networks. ● Share “solutions”, “flags” or “write-ups” either publicly or with other users that have not individually actively participated in the solution of the HackTheBox content (ex. prolabs, machines or challenges). ● Use or submit “solutions”, “flags” or “writeups” that have been shared or disclosed in any unauthorised way, and/or contrary to this agreement. ● Either individually or as part of a team attempt to or bypass current implementations for accessibility to write-ups, flags, tutorials and other components of the Services and Hackthebox content there in, or subvert the established write-up and gameplay delivery methods in order to leverage the gaining of points, ranks or any other direct or indirect benefit without the explicit approval of HackTheBox.
Prohibited Uses of the Services. The Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Use of the Services for transmission, distribution, retrieval, or storage of any information, data, or other material in violation of any applicable law or regulation (including, where applicable any tariff or treaty) is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the use or transmission of any data or material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property right without proper authorization and the transmission of any material that constitutes an illegal threat, violates export control laws, or is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. Network and System Security Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following: • Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. • Unauthorized probing and/or scanning of any system without prior consent of the owner or system administrator. This includes, but is not limited to, “dictionary attacks” and/or attempts to harvest or verify email addresses. • Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. • Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail-bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. • Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, or attempting to interfere with or compromise the normal functioning, operation, or security of any network, system, computing facility, equipment, data, or information. • Engaging in any activities that may interfere with the ability of others to access or use the Service or the Internet. • Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email (“UBE” or “spam”). The sending of any form of UBE through the Services is prohibited. Prohibited Uses of the Services. In addition to the other restrictions on use set forth herein, you agree and acknowledge that you shall not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit third parties to perform or participate in any unlawful acts or to engage in acts that are unrelated to the purpose(s) of the Services; (c) to violate any international, governmental, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses or for any other reason in our sole and exclusive decision.

Prohibited Uses of the Services. You may not use the Services for any commercial purposes. In addition, you agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. Without limitation by illegally processing (ex. collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, modifying, using, publishing, combining, erasing, destroying, sharing and disclosing in any way) data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual, (ex. account information, credit card info, addresses, emails, IP or other contact information); o Intellectual Property Rights (copyright and trademarks, piracy or other intellectual property laws). Without limitation, by removing any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Services; or using any part of the content of the Services without permission from HackTheBox or its licensors. o Money laundering, anti corruption and bribery, free competition and antitrust, taxation and tax-avoidance, o Non-discrimination, equal treatment, non-harassment, inclusion, equal opportunity, cultural diversity o Any Illegal activity such as theft, fraud, drug-trafficking, illegal gambling, operation of a pyramid or Ponzi scheme, child pornography, arms-trafficking, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or terrorism funding. ● To harm or attempt to harm minors in any way or to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate, threaten, degrade, victimize, harass, offend, or discriminate against any person. ● To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any content which does not comply with our Content Standards. ● To infringe the rights of HackTheBox or any other individual or entity. ● In a way that could harm, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or or interfere in any way with anyone’s use and enjoyment of any Services. ● To reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any pa...
