Project brochure. The main objective of the project brochure is to provide NATURSEA-PV audience an attractive and written project overview and a summary of the main project objectives and characteristics. To assist the dissemination effort, the attractive and professional brochure (Figure 13) is published on the project website. The text is designed considering not only experts, but also an interested non-specialist. Furthermore, the brochure includes the website address, the project details and provides basic information on NATURSEA-PV’s Consortium. All partners’ logos are also displayed. The brochure is available in PDF format so that it can be electronically circulated or printed out to hand it out at conferences or other events.

Project brochure. WP4 created a REPO-TRIAL project flyer which serves to introduce the project by outlining our visions and goals as well as summarizing the impact and benefits in a “why it matters” section. The flyer further helps to direct attention to the website, Twitter and LinkedIN group for further information. It is available as a web and print version which is used for dissemination at conferences, research institutes and information stands (among others), and is also available for download from the website. The web version of the REPO-TRIAL flyer is attached to this report.
Project brochure. The first version of the brochure was completed during the month 3 of the project and can be seen in Annex A in higher resolution than in Figure 5. The brochure is prepared in an electronic format. The relevant link is the following: xxxxx://xxx.xxx00.xx/theproject/project-leaflet/. For some events it will be produced in a printed format. The Government 3.0 leaflet has been prepared within WP7 activities. The initial brochure is primarily a tool for phase 1 (raising awareness) that can be used during all phases of the project.
Project brochure. The 5G-DRIVE brochure provides a detailed and non-technical overview of the project, targeting a wider audience. Its main contents include the project concept (detailing the overall aim of the project and including a graphical representation of the different project activities); a page with the technical, regulatory and business objectives; a page with information on the three EU trial sites (Surrey, Ispra and Espoo), and a page on expected results and impact. As the project evolves, refined and updated versions will be produced. Events Events are both those that will be organised by the project or those partners will attend to promote and present 5G-DRIVE (e.g. international conferences, workshops). Events provide an opportunity to share research and trial results; exchange information with target groups, stakeholders and other projects; increase the visibility of the project, and generate wider impact. Scientific publications Scientific publications are relevant to ensure the effective dissemination of results achieved within the project lifetime, especially in a scientific and technological context. These will mainly target researchers, both in corporate and academia, researchers and other professionals developing research related to 5G development and deployment, standardisation activities, etc. Publications will be prepared and submitted to peer-reviewed journals, workshops, conferences and demos. Technical leaflets Technical leaflets will provide an overview of specific results achieved within the project and how they can be exploited by relevant target groups. These leaflets will focus on trials and related technical activities, as well as on results of the project. Press releases Press releases will be published in view of making know key project achievements, organisation of specific events, or others targeting industry, policy makers, general audience and overall media - national, European and international as relevant.
Project brochure. The 5G-DRIVE project brochure (developed at the end of month 2), is one of the project’s main communication materials. The brochure provides a detailed and non-technical overview of the project, targeting to a wider audience. Project brochure. Towards the end of the first year of the project, a brochure illustrating in a non-technical fashion the main feature of BIOPOOL software has been designed. This dissemination material is meant to target both highly specialized audience, such as biobanks, pathologists and academics, as well as the general public. The brochure also offers a graphical illustration of how the software works, and gives contact details for biobanks interested in joining BIOPOOL. The brochure briefly answers to the following questions: • What is BIOPOOL? • Why using BIOPOOL and what for? • How can I use BIOPOOL? • How can I get samples from BIOPOOL? The brochure has already been distributed at one dissemination event attended in July 2013. It can be downloaded through the website at the address: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/project-overview The brochure is reported in Annex II.
Project brochure. A leaflet, presenting the project, was created at the beginning of the project and is now distributed at most conferences attended by DEPLOY partners. Training materials. In relation with WP10 Technology Transfer, teaching material including:  tutorials,  large examples, entirely loaded on the platform, accompanied by extensive explanations are available to the community, targeting practitioners (engineers, etc), teachers, researchers, etc. through the DEPLOY publications website.
