Project Specific Undertakings. Please outline progress in addressing the project specific undertakings as defined in the FLA and please note per the FLA, the Borrower shall comply with the undertakings provided before the Project’s end day, except where a specific deadline with respect to such compliance is provided for herein. The Borrower shall ensure that: (i) the PIE and PIU shall inform the CEB as soon as possible about any revision in the Project’s costs which exceed 10% of the initially estimated Project’s costs as set forth in Appendix 5 table 1 of the FLA; (ii) The Borrower through the PIE and PIU shall inform the CEB in case subsidies are needed to ensure the long-term viability of the investment, e.g. to cover operations and maintenance costs; the Borrower through the PIE shall ensure the availability of funds for such purposes;
Project Specific Undertakings. The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) all the land, real property rights and permits required for the implementation of the Project are timely available; and (b) all assets and plants under the Project are permanently insured, maintained and operated in accordance with Czech best practices.
Project Specific Undertakings. The Government shall fulfill each of the Project-related commitments described in Annex IV. Role of MCA-Lesotho II. (a) Designation of MCA-Lesotho II. (i) Pursuant to Section 3.2(b) of the Compact, the Government has designated MCA-Lesotho II as the primary agent of the Government to implement the Program and to exercise and perform the Government’s right and responsibility to oversee, manage and implement the Program, including without limitation, managing the implementation of Projects and Activities, allocating resources and managing procurements (the “Designated Rights and Responsibilities”). The Parties note that the Government remains ultimately responsible for the performance of the Government’s obligations under or in relation to the Compact and this Agreement. (ii) The Government shall ensure that MCA-Lesotho II is and remains throughout the Compact Term (and during the Closure Period as provided in the Closure Plan), duly organized, sufficiently staffed and empowered to exercise the Designated Rights and Responsibilities. (iii) The “Accountable Entity” referenced in the Program Guidelines shall be deemed to refer to MCA-Lesotho II, and all obligations assigned to the “Accountable Entity” in the Program Guidelines shall be obligations of MCA-Lesotho II. (b) Additional Government Undertakings with Respect to MCA-Lesotho II. The Government hereby affirms to MCC as follows:
Project Specific Undertakings. The Borrower undertakes that it shall: (a) ensure that the PMU remains adequately staffed with sufficient support from internationally experienced consultants; (b) implement (i) an environmental management and health & safety programme during project implementation and (ii) any mitigation measures as identified in the relevant EIA reports; (c) regularly update the project finance and implementation calendars and report quarterly on the progress of the Project; (d) introduce a financial accounting system at Tartous Water Establishment (and its Water Economic Units) to define financial performance indicators and monitor their achievement; (e) maintain a water charge collection rate greater than or equal to 90% and annually report on this collection performance to the Bank; (f) prior to 1st December 2013, submit to the Bank an action plan to reduce olive oil waste discharge into rivers and public canalisation aiming at the protection of the water bodies and wastewater treatment plants in the Project area; (g) submit to the Bank the discharge licenses for the new wastewater treatment plants in line with requirements of the Ministry of Irrigation; (h) procure that the Ministry of Housing and Construction shall engage the Ministry of Environment to run a water quality monitoring programme on the Banias sea shore and on rivers in the Project area to test and report on bathing waters and river water quality (sampling and reporting rhythm minimum four times a year), during and after implementation of works (for a minimum period of 2 years) and to report to the Bank on progress and results (situation before and after project implementation); and (i) prior to 1st December 2016, submit to the Bank the approved sludge management strategy.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before December 31, 2020 Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. 6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.

  • Quality Agreement Concurrently with execution of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into an agreement that details the quality assurance obligations of each Party with respect to the Manufacture and supply of Supplied Products under this Agreement (the “Quality Agreement”). Each Party shall perform its obligations under the Quality Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.

  • Vendor’s Specific Warranties, Terms, and License Agreements Because TIPS serves public entities and non-profits throughout the nation all of which are subject to specific laws and policies of their jurisdiction, as a matter of standard practice, TIPS does not typically accept a Vendor’s specific “Sale Terms” (warranties, license agreements, master agreements, terms and conditions, etc.) on behalf of all TIPS Members. TIPS may permit Vendor to attach those to this Agreement to display to interested customers what terms may apply to their Supplemental Agreement with Vendor (if submitted by Vendor for that purpose). However, unless this term of the Agreement is negotiated and modified to state otherwise, those specific Sale Terms are not accepted by TIPS on behalf of all TIPS Members and each Member may choose whether to accept, negotiate, or reject those specific Sale Terms, which must be reflected in a separate agreement between Vendor and the Member in order to be effective.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant.   • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
