PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS. (1) Protective clothing shall be supplied free of charge to each practitioner as required and shall be laundered by the employer. (2) If the employer requires uniforms to be worn they shall be supplied free of charge to each practitioner as required and shall be laundered by the employer. (3) Practitioners shall be provided with appropriate change and safe storage facilities. (4) Any such clothing or uniforms shall remain the property of the employer and must be returned at the completion of the practitioner’s period of service.
