RDO’s / Public Holidays. In addition to the provisions otherwise provided in this agreement where Public Holiday or RDO falls on a day on which the apprentice is required to attend and does attend technical college or registered training organisation), the next working day shall be taken in lieu of the public holiday / rostered day off unless an alternative day in that four-week cycle is agreed between the apprentice and the employer.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:

  • LEAVE AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 38 Annual Leave

  • Public Holiday Work (a) For Employees other than Shiftworkers, double time and a half must be paid for any Public Holiday Work with a minimum payment of four hours.
