Recommendations of Committee. (a) Once recommendations pursuant to Article 29.4 of this agreement have been reached at the level of the Joint Committee, these recommendations shall be referred within 30 days to the bargaining Principals, who shall meet and negotiate pursuant to the recommendations. Agreements negotiated by the bargaining Principals shall be implemented within 30 days or a mutually agreed time.
Recommendations of Committee. The Committee shall have the authority to make recommendations to the Union and the Board with respect to its discussions. The functions and recommendations of the Committee will not supersede the Collective Agreement, nor the Grievance and Arbitration Procedures set out in the Collective Agreement, nor the right of the Employer to manage the work place. Any recommendation which appears to attempt to alter, or may have the effect of altering current practice under the Collective Agreement shall not have effect until it is reduced to writing in the form of a Letter of Agreement, signed by the Employer and the Union and appended to the Collective Agreement.
Recommendations of Committee. The Educational Leave Committee will consider all applications submitted by the October 15 date. The Educational Leave Committee will interview all applicants whose submissions meet the Educational Leave criteria (as per Articles 12.3.1 and 12.3.2) By January 15 the Committee will forward their ranked recommendations together with their rationale for same to the College President. The Committee's report will state which applications it believes should be granted.
