Recreation Plan. Subsequent to the issuance of the new license by the Commission, SCE&G will implement the Saluda Hydroelectric Project Recreation Plan (Appendix A-2).
Recreation Plan. Chelan PUD shall provide recreational resources in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Comprehensive Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference. Specifically:

The Tribe will, at its option, be included on the advisory committee for the North Cascades Environmental Learning Center to be created pursuant to the Project's recreation plan (Settlement Agreement on Recreation and Aesthetics, Appendix C, Article III, Section 6.
Recreation Plan. The City, through its services at the WPCRC, is committed to serving the entire community and is committed to achieving the goals established for the funding of the WPCRC through federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) agreements. The Parties wish to continue to attract persons of all economic levels to the WPCRC through the offering of quality recreational and social programs. To meet these mutual objectives, MSCR will work with the City of Madison Parks Division (“Parks Division”) to develop an annual Recreation Plan (“Plan”) with three program sessions (summer, fall, and winter) for the WPCRC. The Plan shall provide a listing of the programs to be offered, hours of each program, the target population of each program, the number anticipated to be served by each program and the proposed fees for each program. The Plan will also detail how MSCR will support the WPCRC on serving middle and high school youth through structured or unstructured programs. The Plan will meet the needs of a broad range of individuals, including but not limited to individuals of different ages, income groups, and backgrounds. The Parks Division shall approve the Plan, in writing, at least 60 days prior to marketing of classes.

  • Prescription Plan 1. The Board will provide a prescription plan for all employees and their dependents, as limited by Section A, above. 2. The co-payment for over the counter brand name prescription drugs $25.00 and the co-payment for over the counter generic prescription drugs shall $10.00. The co-payment for mail order brand name prescription drugs shall be $21.00, and the co-payment for mail order generic prescription drugs shall be $11.00. There shall be no major medical coverage for these co-payments. Retail prescriptions shall be limited to a 30 day supply; mail order maintenance prescription drugs will be limited to a 90 day supply.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • VACATION PLAN 2 All employees in the bargaining unit shall earn paid vacation time 3 under this Article. Vacation benefits are earned on a fiscal year 4 basis--July 1 to June 30. 5 8.1 Unit members are entitled to vacation with pay at the rates 6 to be found in the following schedule: 7 8.1.1 . 83 of a day for each month worked during the first 8 three (3) years.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Vision Plan The District will also make available a vision plan to be paid by the employee with pre-tax dollars through payroll deduction.

  • Compensation Plan 1. Subject to any applicable regulation and the Company's/its contractor approval, the applicant shall choose a Compensation Plan on the Affiliate Participation Form. An Affiliate may not change the elected Compensation Plan. 2. The Company/its contractor may change an Affiliate's Compensation Plan, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, by sending such Affiliate a notice to such effect by e-mail. In the event Affiliate does not agree to such change, it shall notify the Company by return e-mail within three (3) days of receiving such notice from the Company, and the Agreement shall terminate immediately. In the event Affiliate does not notify the Company within three (3) days from the notice, it shall be deemed as an approval by the Affiliate to such change in the Compensation Plan. It is hereby clarified that Affiliate will continue to receive payment with respect to Traders identified by a Tracker ID prior to the date of any such change in the Compensation Plan, in accordance with the applicable Compensation Plan at the date such Traders registered to the Site(s).

  • Meal Plan 18. Residents are required to purchase a meal plan for both semesters. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/xxxx for details on meal plan rates. Residents may contract for a meal plan of a higher value than stipulated in the fee schedule. 19. The meal plan may only be used to purchase food and beverages at Food Service outlets designated by the University. Meal plans cannot be used to purchase alcohol or gift certificates from any of our Off Campus Partners or to pay any other fees owed to the University of Windsor. 20. Selling of unused meal plan money is not permitted. 21. The University accepts no liability for lost, misplaced or stolen student cards and reserves the right to confiscate without recourse, any student card which bears evidence of alterations. 22. Any unused balance remaining in the meal plan accounts of the Resident on the termination date of this Agreement, will be subject to the University of Windsor Meal Plan Carry-Forward Policy. 23. Residents may add money to their meal plan at the Food Services office, J01 in Vanier Hall or the UwinCard Office in the CAW Student Centre (lower level). 24. The meal plan account is HST exempt on most purchases made at Food Service outlets on campus, except on taxable items at the Bru in Alumni Hall or with our Off Campus Partners. This is a current meal plan tax policy and is subject to change in accordance with provincial or federal legislation. 25. Meal plan fees or hours of operation are subject to change as deemed necessary or when due to circumstances beyond Food Services' control. The University reserves the right to increase or otherwise change the prices of items available for purchase in its Food Service outlets. Residents will be given reasonable notice of changes to the plan and such changes will be made fairly and in due consultation with student representatives.
