To create a Developer Dashboard, you will be required to provide certain information and/or documents to verify your information as an Individual Developer or to verify your connection with a Legal Entity you intend to represent on the Platform, including, without limitation, the following: • full name of a Legal Entity; • registered address of a Legal Entity; • VAT number of a Legal Entity; • the power of attorney or any similar document confirming your authority to act on behalf of a Legal Entity on the Platform; • name and surname of a contact person; • telephone number of a Legal Entity; • scanned copy of an extract from a trade register of the Legal Entity’s country of residence; • scanned copy of the tax resident’s certificate; • any other information and documents requested by Company on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Developer Dashboard, if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorised such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Company of any unauthorised use of your Developer Dashboard. Any fields shall be filled in with letters of the English alphabet. Documents and any information shall be provided in English. In the case of translation of any document into English, such translations shall be notarised. You may cancel your Developer Dashboard at any time by sending an e-mail to xxxxxxxxxxx@xx.xxxx. If you cancel your Developer Dashboard, this does not relieve you of the liabilities arising out of Developer Agreement or other agreements concluded in Developer Dashboard. REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION. 8.1 To register for an Account, you must provide all the information required by Stater for the purposes of KYC and accept these Terms and the Stater Privacy Policy. Stater may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account for you. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening an Account and agree to promptly update any information you provide to Stater so that such information is complete and accurate at all times. We will collect, use and share this information in accordance with Stater Privacy Policy.
REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION. Seller will, at its own cost, take any and all actions that are necessary to transfer through WREGIS any and all Environmental Attributes, including any and all Renewable Energy Credits that are certifiable under WREGIS. Seller will be responsible for all fees and charges incurred for or in connection with qualifying such Environmental Attributes and obtaining and transferring such Environmental Attributes to Buyer; provided, that Buyer will be responsible for (i) the fees and charges associated with registering and maintaining Buyer’s WREGIS account; (ii) any other costs assessed against Buyer for or in connection with qualifying the Environmental Attributes and obtaining and transferring such Environmental Attributes to Buyer; and (iii) any verification costs, including audit costs as provided in this Agreement.

When you signing up for the services offered by EasyRide, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself including information regarding your vehicle as well as your vehicle record. You promise to provide complete and accurate information to EasyRide. EasyRide may use third party services to verify the information you provide to us and to obtain additional related information and corrections where applicable and you hereby authorize EasyRide to request, receive, use and store such information for a reasonable period of time. EasyRide may accept or reject your registration application at its discretion for any reason. Before a car goes out on rental it is the responsibility of the owner to make sure a renter’s driver’s license has been verified by EasyRide. Driver’s licenses must also be verified once the renter picks up the vehicle from the car owner to make sure the renter’s driver’s license is still valid and the person is who they say they are. If a Driver’s License is not verified by an Owner EasyRide cannot accept responsibility for renters driving without a valid driver’s license.
