Regular Work Periods hours shall constitute the work week for all employees. The normal work week shall be five (5) consecutive days of employment, Monday through Friday, and in general the workday shall be (8) consecutive hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a daily one-half hour unpaid lunch period. Any locals who currently have a second shift and/or third shift, the scheduled working times currently in effect will continue. Any changes will be negotiated with the Union prior to implementation.

If any work periods need to be changed the employer shall first meet with the Union to negotiate such changes.   • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Regular Work Schedules The regular work schedule for overtime-eligible employees will not be more than forty (40) hours in a workweek, with two (2) consecutive calendar days off and starting and ending times as determined by the requirements of the position and the Employer. The Employer may adjust the regular work schedule with prior notice to the employee.
