Renewal of Appointment. (i) Renewal of a preliminary appointment shall not be for more than a total of six (6) years without the granting of confirmation of appointment.
Renewal of Appointment. (a) Consideration of renewal of a probationary appointment shall take place during the final year of the appointment (see Article 10.1.12). A formal review by the University Review Committee is mandatory for all probationary appointments unless the Department, Xxxx and the Vice-President, Academic and Research have all recommended renewal. The candidate will be informed of the Employer’s decision on renewal no later than January 1st of the final year.

Renewal of Appointment. 301.1 Full-time Tenured Full-time tenured academic employees are appointed for an indefinite period of time. The appointment may be revoked only for adequate cause and by due process (RCW 28B.50.851). They are placed on the full-time academic employee salary schedule.
Renewal of Appointment. 7.01.1 Following an assessment of satisfactory performance, a staff member who has an appointment for a rolling term shall have the terms of the appointment extended by one year (in the case of persons appointed on a 12 month basis), or one complete term (in the case of persons appointed on recurring terms of less than 12 months).
Renewal of Appointment. Resident’s continuation in the Program beyond this one-year appointment is not guaranteed or automatic. Appointment for any additional years beyond this one- year appointment is subject to the approval of the Program Director in consultation with the Department Chair. Such approval shall be contingent upon Resident satisfying all criteria for resident eligibility as specified in the ACGME Program Requirements. Any future appointment or reappointment shall be effective only upon execution by Saint Xxxxx and Resident of a new written Residency Agreement containing such terms and conditions as Saint Xxxxx shall xxxx appropriate or necessary.
Renewal of Appointment. 9.1 Limited Term Contracts (LTC) Where possible, subject to 9.2.2.1, limited term contracts will be offered in order to temporarily replace regular faculty who are on a leave of absence. The following situations:

The President shall reappoint a chairperson upon the advice of the Xxxx of the college, who shall meet with and receive the vote of the full-time members of the department on a continuing appointment with the rank of instructor or above. This meeting and the vote of the faculty shall be held no later than February 15 of the third year of the chairperson’s term. The meeting shall be convened by the Xxxx, and the chairperson shall not be in attendance. The Xxxx shall solicit from the full-time and continuing faculty written recommendations regarding the retention of the chairperson. These recommendations, received from those faculty who may choose to submit them, shall be forwarded by the Xxxx together with the vote and his own written recommendation, to the Xxxxxxx and thence to the President no later than March 15, and the chairperson and the department faculty shall be advised concurrently in writing of the Xxxx’x recommendation. If the Xxxx’x recommendation is positive and the President accepts it, the chairperson shall be notified of their reappointment no later than April 30. If the President does not accept the recommendation of the Xxxx or the department, the President shall explain the reason(s) in writing to the Xxxx and the department.
Renewal of Appointment. At least 9 months before the termination date (or 6 months if the term of employment is for less than 3 years) the employee will apply to the employer in writing if seeking re-appointment to the position.
