REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. 8.1 Contractor shall keep and furnish to the Partnership an accurate record of the work performed and formations drilled on the IADC-API Daily Drilling Report form or other form acceptable to the Partnership. A legible copy of said form signed by Contractor's representative shall be furnished by Contractor to the Partnership. 8.2 Delivery tickets, if requested by the Partnership, covering any material or supplies furnished by the Partnership shall be turned in each day with the daily drilling report. The quantity, description and condition of materials and supplies so furnished shall be checked by Contractor and such tickets shall be properly certified by Contractor.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. 8.1 Contractor shall keep and furnish to the Joint Venture an accurate record of the work performed and formations drilled on the IADC-API Daily Drilling Report form or other form acceptable to the Joint Venture. A legible copy of said form signed by Contractor's representative shall be furnished by Contractor to the Joint Venture. 8.2 Delivery tickets, if requested by the Joint Venture, covering any material or supplies furnished by the Joint Venture shall be turned in each day with the daily drilling report. The quantity, description and condition of materials and supplies so furnished shall be checked by Contractor and such tickets shall be properly certified by Contractor.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR a) Contractor shall keep and furnish to Company a daily report showing data as required by Company. The daily report shall include, without limitation, (i) delivery tickets covering any material or supplies furnished by Contractor or chargeable to Company, which delivery tickets shall be confirmed by Contractor’s representative as to quantity, description, and condition, and (ii) daily time sheets indicating starting and stopping times for people engaged in the Work contracted for hereunder, which time sheets must be signed by authorized Company personnel. b) In the event Contractor Group is involved in an accident or occurrence resulting in injury or damage on Company’s premises, or if such accident or occurrence involves Company Group’s or Contractor Group’s property, equipment, or personnel, or if such accident or occurrence involves any third party in any manner whatsoever while Contractor Group is performing any duties within the scope of this Agreement, Contractor shall immediately report such accident or occurrence to Company and Contractor’s insurer. The reporting of any accident or occurrence will not imply any admission of liability on the part of Company Group or Contractor Group. Contractor shall cooperate with Company in any investigation Company shall make of such accident or occurrence. Contractor shall promptly furnish Company with a copy of all reports of any such accidents and occurrences made by Contractor to its insurer, a government agency, or others. c) Contractor shall turn in with the daily report delivery tickets, as received, covering any materials or supplies delivered to the Work location by Company or furnished by vendors for which Company is obligated to reimburse Contractor. The quantity, description, and condition of materials and supplies so furnished shall be verified and checked by Contractor, and the delivery shall be properly certified as to receipt by Contractor’s representative. d) Contractor shall in a timely manner make all reports required by law relating to its performance under this Agreement, and copies shall be delivered to Company as soon as practical.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. 4.1 The quantity, description and condition of the materials and supplies and/or services furnished shall be verified and checked by Contractor, and all delivery tickets shall be properly certified as to receipt by Contractor’s representative. Contractor must obtain approval of Company’s representative on the well site of delivery tickets for materials and supplies for which Contractor is to be reimbursed by Company. 4.2 Contractor shall immediately orally report to Company, as soon as practicable followed by an appropriate written report, all accidents or occurrences resulting in death or injuries to Contractor’s employees, agents or third parties, or damage to property of Company or third parties arising out of or during the course of work to be performed hereunder. Contractor shall furnish Company with a copy (within ten days) of all records made available by Contractor to Contractor’s insurer or governmental authorities or to others of such accidents and occurrences.

Contractor must obtain approval of Company’s representative on the well site of delivery tickets for materials and supplies for which Contractor is to be reimbursed by Company. 4.2 Contractor shall immediately orally report to Company, as soon as practicable
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTORContractor shall keep and furnish to Company any work-related data requested by Company. 10.1. Contractor shall report, as soon as practicable, all accidents or occurrences resulting in personal injury or property damage arising out of or during the performance of Services and shall furnish Company with written documents, including copies of all non-privileged reports made by Contractor to Contractor’s insurer or to others, including any governmental agencies authority or agency of such accidents and occurrences at the same time such documents and reports are given or made to such Parties. 10.2. To the extent required by law, Contractor shall report to the appropriate governmental agencies any spill or discharge of a hazardous or toxic substance or other pollutant within the time provided by applicable laws of any governmental agencies. Contractor shall notify Company immediately of any such spill or discharge and provide copies of any written reports filed with said agencies. Company and Contractor shall cooperate in good faith with any investigation of any such spill or discharge.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. 3.1 The quantity, description and condition of the materials and supplies and/or services furnished shall be verified and checked by Contractor, and all delivery tickets shall be properly certified as to receipt by Contractor’s representative. Contractor must obtain approval of Company’s representative for materials and supplies for which Contractor is to be reimbursed by Company. 3.2 Contractor shall orally report to Company, as soon as practicable, followed by an appropriate written report, all accidents or occurrences resulting in death or injuries to Contractor’s employees or third parties, or unintended release of hazardous substance, or damage to property of Company or third parties arising out of or during the course of work to be performed hereunder. Contractor shall furnish Company with a copy of all reports made by Contractor to Contractor’s insurer or governmental authorities or to other parties of such accidents and occurrences. 3.3 Emergency responding Contractor shall provide Company with documentation of qualification for such work. Documentation should include, but not limited to, current employee certifications and contractor training policies. Incident logs and safety performance records shall be provided upon request.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTORContractor shall keep and furnish to Explortex an accurate report of the work performed and formations drilled on a Daily Drilling Report or other form acceptable to Explortex.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTOR. 13.1 Contractor shall keep and furnish to Operator a daily drilling report in English showing depth of the hole and such other data as may be required by Operator. Drilling report forms shall be furnished or specified by Operator but otherwise Contractor shall use the standard IADC form of Contractor’s Report. 13.2 Accident Reporting – see Section 29 “Safety” 13.3 Delivery dockets covering any materials or supplies furnished by Operator or furnished by suppliers for which Operator is obliged to reimburse Contractor shall be handed over as received with the daily drilling report. The quantity, description and condition of materials and supplies so furnished shall be verified and checked by Contractor, and such delivery dockets shall be properly certified as to receipt by Contractor’s designated representative. 13.4 All labour, materials, special tools, supplies or services furnished by Contractor for which Operator is obliged to reimburse Contractor shall be recorded as provided on the daily drilling report and/or individual dockets which must be approved by Operator’s on-site representative. Payment shall be made only in respect of items so recorded. Contractor will be under no obligation to take over Operator’s surplus items on completion of operations.
REPORTS TO BE FURNISHED BY CONTRACTORContractor shall keep and furnish to Venoco a daily drilling report showing depth of hole, formations penetrated, bit record, and any other data required by Venoco. Contractor shall use the standard API-IADC Daily Drilling Report Form and any other report forms that Venoco may specify.
