Requests for Meetings. No sooner than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration date of the negotiated Contract, either party may notify the other of a desire to commence bargaining. A request from the BTU- ESP should be made in writing to the Chairperson of the Board and/or Superintendent. A request from the Board and/or Superintendent should be made in writing to the President of the BTU-ESP. Within five (5) days of receipt of the request by the Board and/or Superintendent, a mutually convenient time and place for a meeting shall be established. The meeting shall take place no later than ten (10) days following the date of the receipt of the request. Additional meetings shall be agreed upon by the negotiation's representatives as may be necessary to complete an agreement.
Requests for Meetings. A. Written request for negotiations between the Board and the Association may be submitted by either party. A written request will be made within ten days of the receipts of any such written request, provided that the first meeting shall be held within fifteen days after receipt of the request. The respective chief negotiators will establish a mutually acceptable time and place for the meeting.
B. If either the Board or the Association has notified the other party of its intent to negotiate, the first bargaining meeting will be held by mutual agreement. Prior to the time set for the first bargaining meeting, the Board and the Association, through its President, shall designate in writing the names who shall serve on their respective negotiating teams. The Board’s team will include at least one acting board members. The Association’s team will include a negotiating member from each site and a negotiation spokesperson. Each party shall also designate the person on their team who will be the chairperson or chief negotiator.
C. Once negotiations have begun, the time and place of the next session will be agreed upon by the chief negotiators prior to the adjournment of each session.
D. If negotiations are scheduled during the school day, the negotiators shall be released from their regular duties without loss of pay.
Requests for Meetings. Either the Board or the Association may request a meeting for the purpose of negotiations of subjects of which the Association is recognized as the exclusive representative. Requests by the Board shall be made to the designated representative or the president of the union. Requests by the union shall be made to the Superintendent or Superintendent Designee or the President of the Board. A copy of the notice shall be sent to the State Employment Relations Board. Five days or more before the initial meeting the Union and the Board shall submit, in writing, all of its proposals for negotiations. Thereinafter, neither party shall be permitted to submit additional items for negotiations unless agreed to by both parties.
Requests for Meetings. If negotiation occurs within the school day, it shall be at the sole discretion of the board at no loss of pay to members of the employee negotiation team.
Requests for Meetings. Requests for meetings from the Association will be made directly to the superintendent/designee. Requests from the District will be made by the superintendent/designee to the Association president care of the Association office. Such requests for meetings will contain the reasons for the request. A mutually convenient meeting date shall be set within fourteen (14) days of the request.

A meeting date shall be set within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of the request. The above time-lines may be altered by mutual agreement. All issues shall be submitted, in writing by the parties at the first meeting. Subsequent counters shall also be in writing. Follow-up meetings shall be set prior to the conclusion of each bargaining session.
Requests for Meetings. 1. Parties will agree to a mutually convenient meeting date within seven days of the date of request.
2. Should the topic under discussion require more than one meeting, said new meeting date will be mutually determined before the adjournment of the meeting in session.
