Required Skills and Experience. 11.1 The Contractor must be fully able to demonstrate the required skills and experience of the individual/team performing the services, specifying which are essential and which are desirable are: - Trainers must be working to, or qualified to, CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or an equivalent standard. Trainers must have an expertise in the knowledge of, the delivery of Search and Entry, Personal Safety and Risk Analysis, and Handling Conflict & Breakaway Techniques training where possible, or provide a method of obtaining this expertise. Trainers must demonstrate oral and verbal skills for diffusing awkward situations that staff might face. Trainers must be able to demonstrate techniques and or skills for use in ‘last resort’ scenarios where applicable. The contractor must provide their own insurance to cover the risk of accidents happening during the training. Trainers must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the complex challenges faced by CEOs, Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx in their public facing role. evidence of previous experience delivering training to a large, complex, geographically-dispersed, multi-faceted and multi-cultural body; an understanding of the public sector ethos; knowledge of public sector organisation and culture knowledge and understanding of the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) competency framework; ability to work in partnership with internal L&D trainers for the purpose of developing their skills for future application across the department if deemed appropriate; ability to maintain a dual partnership in regards to communication; accepting of constructive feedback, and ready to take appropriate action in regards to the execution of the contract, if and when this becomes necessary; a good understanding of the Government’s Agenda for the department: reducing re-offending and protection of the public; promoting a just and fair society; providing access to justice for all; increasing confidence in the justice system; upholding people’s human, information and democratic rights; safeguarding and modernising our constitution.

Required Skills and Experience. Education: • Master’s degree in Environmental Management or any other closely related field (max 10 pts); Experience: • At least 7 years of experience in results-based project design and management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on development results and impacts (max 20 pts); • Previous experience in quality assurance of environment and international development projects and programmes is required. Experience with UNDP-GEF quality assurance processes is highly desired (max 20 pts); • Experience with UNDP, GEF and GCF Monitoring & Evaluation processes is highly desirable (max 20 pts); • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.   • Multi-Skilling 37.1 Subject to appropriate qualifications, training and taking into account a Teacher’s long term career path opportunities, the Employer may transfer Teachers to teach their Approved Program in part or in whole in another location or discipline other than the one to which they currently belong.

  • SPECIAL SKILLS Five percent (5%) of the employees (not less than one person) to be laid off within a class within an agency shall be exempt from the seniority factor when the State determines that there is a need for special skills. “Special skills” refers to jobs difficult to fill with a replacement except after extensive training. Where practical, the State will attempt to meets its “special skills” requirements be exempting the employees with the highest seniority among employees with the same special skills.
