QUIET TIME. The parties recognize that quiet time is important and accordingly agree that all calls received during such hours outside of regular work hours, regardless of duration, are subject to section K.6 (Telephone Contact). All work related phone calls during this time will be guaranteed a minimum of one-half (0.5) hour at the overtime rate for any such telephone calls or actual time worked if the telephone call lasts over one-half (0.5) hour. If the employee is required to receive or to make multiple telephone calls which occur beyond a period of one hour, then the employee shall be eligible for a call back to work minimum three hour period of overtime pay. Each schedule shall have an associated quiet time which applies on normal scheduled work days only, during which any work-related telephone call, including calls equal to or less than seven and one-half (7.5) minutes , shall be considered "performing work". The below chart lists the assigned shift times and their respective Quiet Time hours. The parties agree work hours other than described will follow the same principle. QUIET TIME. 8.1 No disturbance of the peace and unruly behavior will be tolerated. The management has adopted a zero- tolerance policy and will act vigorously against any tenant not adhering to this request. Tenants are requested to respect one another by not making unnecessary noise. Radios and sound systems must at all times be used in such a way that they do not create a disturbance to fellow tenants.
QUIET TIME. As our cottages are in close proximity to one another and we are on a small secluded bay, noise travels quickly. Please respect our cottage neighbours and observe the 11pm -7am Quiet Time By-law.
QUIET TIME. Guest shall behave in a civilized manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to annoy neighbors or Owner. Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 7am.
QUIET TIME. Quiet Time allows Customers to block incoming calls from ringing their telephone line during time periods specified by the Customer. Specific star codes are used to activate/deactivate Quiet Time on an as- needed basis. Where facilities permit, customers may have the option to set a daily schedule for Quiet Time to be active. Customers have the option to allow callers to ring through when Quiet Time is active. Callers can ring through by entering a Customer-specific password after the call has been connected or by calling from a telephone number in a Customer-set priority list. During service set up, Customers may choose one of the following announcement options for call treatment if the caller does not initially ring through: Connection to Call Forward Don't Answer (Applicable for Call Forwarding Don't Answer Customers only) - If the Customer has messaging service, the caller may stay on the line and leave a message. Generic Announcement - Callers hear a generic announcement indicating the Customer is not available. Emergency Breakthrough - Callers hear a generic announcement indicating the Customer is not available and have the option to key in code to connect the call in emergency situations. Activate or deactivate the Quiet Time schedule. Change the password that gives the subscriber access to the TUI. Choose the announcement option. Create/edit/delete caller breakthrough password. Create/edit/delete priority breakthrough caller telephone number list. Create/edit/delete the Quiet Time schedule. Deactivate/activate Quiet Time service on either all of the Distinctive Ring numbers or none of the Distinctive Ring numbers on the line. (Only applicable for Quiet Time Customers who also subscribe to Distinctive Ring). Quiet Time is only available to residential customers. Quiet Time is not available in Service Area B.
QUIET TIME. Quiet time at the dorms all semester long is 9PM to 6AM (this includes the weekends and public holidays as well). However, during the day time, it is prohibited to disturb roommates or other TENANTs which reside in and around the Hillside Properties. It is not allowed to play loud music, make excessive noise nor disturb the peace of others!

QUIET TIME. Quiet time is 12:00 Midnight to 8:00 AM. During this time, there shall be no loud noises (yelling, loud music, bug zappers, barking dogs, power tools, and so on). Three documented violations of quiet time will result in eviction.
QUIET TIME. Licensee agrees not to engage in activities that are disruptive to others staying on the Premises. Specifically, by way of illustration and not limitation, Licensee agrees to avoid making potentially disruptive noise from loud voices, televisions, radios, musical instruments, automobiles, power tools, etc., all times. Also, Xxxxxxxx agrees to observe a quite time between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a. m. daily, during which time Licensee shall avoid engaging in any activity that disturbs other licensees staying on the Premises. Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring their guest’s observance of these requirements
QUIET TIME. No loud radios, TV’s, voices, or sounds that carry past your site are allowed at any time. Strict quiet time is Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 8am, Friday and Saturday 11pm – 8am. Our objective is to provide a peaceful and secure atmosphere for all of our campers. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Disruptive or disorderly behavior will result in possible arrest or removal from the campground with no refund. All minors must return to their sites during quiet time.
