Residency Period. (a) You may only occupy the Room from the Commencement Date (and We will notify You of the time on that day after which You may move in) until 10am on the Termination Date, unless We agree in writing to extend Your Termination Date.
(b) If the Licence Agreement Details indicate that the Residency Period is for a single Term/s (Term 1, ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇ 3) You must provide Us with evidence that You will be completing Your course at the end of the chosen Term by the start of your Licence Agreement. If You are not able or do not meet this requirement, the residency period will automatically revert to the full accommodation term for the relevant accommodation type.

Residency Period. Newly hired nurses who enter into a formal residency program within three (3) months of the date of hire shall be subject to an introductory period which shall begin at the date of hire and extend for sixty (60) days beyond completion of the residency program. A nurse will have completed the residency program when the nurse is working independently and has successfully passed a timely residency program examination, if implemented. After the extended sixty (60) day introductory period, the nurse shall be designated as a full-time or part- time nurse. A nurse subject to the introductory period set forth in this Section 5.10 shall not be subject to the introductory period provided for in Section 4.6.
