Work on Scheduled Day Off. Regular full-time nurses required by the Employer to work on their scheduled day(s) off, shall be entitled to pay at the overtime rate of time and one-half (1.5) for all hours so worked.

Work on Scheduled Day Off. The number of hours in a two-week period should not exceed eighty (80) hours. Overtime will be paid for work over forty (40) hours per week at time and a half (1 ½).
Work on Scheduled Day Off. 12.01 Management shall be privileged but not obligated to assign full-time employees to work on their scheduled day off. 12.02 Full-time employees required to work on their scheduled day off shall be assigned according to their seniority, provided they sign the appropriate availability-to-work list and further provided they are qualified to perform the required work. 12.03 Any full-time employee required to work on their scheduled day off shall be paid at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly wage rate applicable to the classification to which they are assigned for all hours worked. Such hours shall not be included in the accumulated weekly hours of work for that week. (a) Any regular full-time employee who is required to work on a scheduled day off shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or the equivalent thereof in pay at one and one-half (1 1/2) time the regular hourly wage rate applicable to the classification to which the employee is assigned on such work, provided the employee has worked the full scheduled work week. (b) In the event the employee has not worked the full scheduled work week, work performed on the employee's scheduled day off shall be paid at the regular straight time hourly wage rate until the employee has worked the minimum of the normal regular eight (8) or ten (10) hours as per the five (5) or four (4) day schedule. Thereafter, payment shall be at one and one-half ( 1 1/2) times the regular wage rates. (c) The above notwithstanding where an employee works less than all their weekly scheduled hours, they shall not be paid at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the hourly wage rate for hours worked on their scheduled day off, however such hours shall be included in their accumulated weekly hours for that week.

(ii) Union Representative Component Straight time the regular rate of pay (1X) shall be paid for all time worked by an Employee in the Union Representative Component on any rest day, as defined in Clause 4.55, unless the Saturday or Sunday worked is a Paid Holiday, as defined in Clause 20.01, or a Day Off In Lieu, as defined in Clause 20.03, in which case the provisions of Article 20 shall apply. Such week-end overtime shall be taken as paid time-off work, on a straight-time (1X) basis, unless equivalent cash payment is mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee. Scheduling of such paid time-off work in lieu of cash payment shall be subject to mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee. (b) All Other Scheduled Day(s) Off Work Except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 16.05(a) above, double the regular rate of pay (2X) shall be paid for all time worked on any scheduled day off work including, but not limited to, scheduled RWWL; banked overtime taken as scheduled time off work, lieu days which are not related to Paid Holidays; annual vacation or approved leave of absence and, in these circumstances, an Employee shall also receive one (1) additional scheduled day off work in lieu of the day thus worked, to be scheduled and taken at a time mutually agreed between the Employee and the Employer.

Work on Scheduled Day Off. An employee called back to work after completing a regular day's work, or from a regular day off shall be paid overtime rates for a minimum of four [4] hours or for time worked, whichever is greater. Travel time to and from the employee's residence will be considered as time worked.
