REVIEW/RENEWAL. The limits in relation to the Facility shall be reviewed on annual basis by USFB, and the Borrower shall be permitted to operate on the borrowal account related to the Facility only subject to such periodical review. KPC_CC is offered by USFB in the form of a revolving Facility and annual review of KPC_CC may result in increase in limit if so requested by the Borrower and if such request is favourably considered by USFB.

REVIEW/RENEWAL. The Charters that result from this Agreement will be reviewed every five years. Any party to a Charter will be entitled, at any time, to propose amendments to the Charter to address emerging issues.
REVIEW/RENEWAL. The parties shall meet, on a meet and confer basis, to review this Supplemental Agreement at 3, 6, 12 and 18 months following ratification. This Supplemental Agreement shall expire December 31, 2006, subject to the continuing contract provisions of PELRA. The parties agree to meet and negotiate regarding a renewal agreement prior to the date of expiration.
REVIEW/RENEWAL. The Hybrid Work Agreement must be reviewed at least annually. The Board shall not make a decision involving renewal, cancellation or expiration of Franchisee's Franchise unless the County Administrator has advised Franchisee in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to such meeting, as to its time, place and purpose.
