Rights of Unit Members to Representation. Any aggrieved person may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by him or herself or by a representative of his or her choice. When a unit member is not represented by the Association, the Association shall have the right to be present at all stages of the grievance procedure.

Rights of Unit Members to Representation. 12.5.1 No reprisals of any kind will be taken by the Board, the Superintendent/President of the District, or by any member or representative of the administration of the District, against any aggrieved person, any member of the Association, or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
