Role of the JRC. The JRC shall oversee all activities under this Agreement, including under the Quality Agreement. For purposes of such oversight, each Party may designate appropriate ad hoc personnel, including from quality and regulatory functions, to attend meetings of the JRC in a non-voting capacity and in accordance with Section 2.3.1 of the License Agreement.
