Roster Size. For the 2019 season, the Active Roster size of each Member Club in the C.F.L. for regular season, playoff and Grey Cup games shall be a minimum of forty-four (44) Players and a maximum of forty-five (45) Players. For the 2019 season, there shall not be more than twenty (20) American Players, which shall include four (4) designated American Players and which shall exclude quarterbacks on the Active Roster of each Member Club for regular season, playoff and Grey Cup games. For the 2019 season, each Member Club shall have one (1) Player on its Reserve Roster in addition to its Active Roster, who shall be signed to C.F.L. Standard Player Contracts and who may attend at all practices and meetings, but shall not be allowed to participate in regular season, playoff or Grey Cup games. The Player on the Reserve Roster shall receive all the benefits that they would receive as if they were on the Active Roster, except that they shall not be allowed to participate in regular season, playoff or Grey Cup games. For the 2019 season, each Member Club shall have one (1) Player on its Active Roster who is considered a Global Player. During each season, Section 8, sub-sections 1, 2 and 5 of the C.F.L. By-Laws (Appendix “E” to the Collective Agreement) shall be amended and shall be deemed to be amended as follows: 1. For the 2019 season, the Commissioner shall maintain in the League office a registry of Players under contract with each Member Club. Prior to the commencement of the regular season schedule each Member Club shall, in accordance with a timetable prescribed by the Management Council, establish its active Roster at: (a) a maximum of 45 Players, including 3 Players who shall be identified as quarterbacks and 42 other Players, of whom not more than 20 may be Americans, or (b) a minimum of 44 Players, including two Players who shall be identified as quarterbacks and 42 other Players, of whom not more than 20 may be Americans. 2. Prior to the commencement of the regular season schedule, each Member Club shall in accordance with the time table prescribed by the Management Council, establish its reserve Roster of 1 Player.

Roster SizeTeam rosters shall consist of the following:
Roster Size. By the Roster Compliance Date of a League Season, each Team shall have twenty-three (23) Players on its Roster (“Active Roster”). The Active Roster shall be maintained throughout the League Season. For purposes of counting Players on an Active Roster for compliance with minimum Roster size, Players in the following categories at the time the count is conducted will not be included: (1) Players on the Season-Ending Injury List; and (2) Players on the Short-Term Injury List. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Team may, from time to time as appropriate, but for no more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours at a time during the Regular Season, have twenty-two (22) Players on its Active Roster.
Roster Size.  We do not have a set roster size; however, in order to maximize developing player potential, we will keep the roster size between 12 to14 girls at all time.  This being said, we expect all girls to show up for every competitive team event. Utilizing “pick-up” players is not an option we, as a coaching staff, like to resort to as this is a distraction from our team unity and overall strategy.  In the event certain players consistently miss published tournaments, we may have to expand our roster size which could affect your daughter’s playing time. Each athlete and her parent/s are expected to comply with the policies set forth in this club handbook. Any athlete or parent who does not comply will be subject to discipline, suspension or expulsion from the club program.  Players are expected to act in an appropriate manner and set a proper example during all club events, including practices, travel, tournaments, fundraisers or any other activity in which the club chooses to participate.  Players will not talk negatively about themselves, their teammates, coaches, opponents or umpires. They will refrain from all profanity and offensive language.  Team unity should take precedence over individual needs and can only be created with commitment by each player. An attitude that is not conducive to team unity will not be tolerated. Excessive insubordination by the player may result in disciplinary action, activity suspension and finally removal from the team.  Players are not allowed to have cell phones turned on and out during any practice, tournament or other team event.  In the event of a suspension or expulsion from the team, no refunds will be given.  Parent/spectators are expected to cheer positively for their daughter’s team. Negative parent/spectator comments, sideline coaching or even overly enthusiastic encouragement of your daughter can be disruptive to the team effort and will not be tolerated. If this situation does arise, the coach or organizational director will discuss the situation with the parent. Lack of cooperation will result in dismissal of the parent/spectator from the team event and ultimately could result in the removal of the player from the team.  Parents are not allowed in the dugout during the game at any time, we also ask that parents refrain from coming to the dugout during the game to talk to their daughter.   • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance.   • Current Online Content and Functionality By January 31, 2019, the District agrees that it will take all actions necessary to ensure that individuals with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate in the District’s programs and activities offered through the District’s website or equally effective alternate access. To meet this commitment, the District will: develop a strategy for identifying inaccessible content and functionality for individuals with disabilities; develop a notice to persons with disabilities regarding how to request that the District provide access to online information or functionality; prominently post this notice on its home page and throughout its website; and develop a process to ensure that, upon request, inaccessible content and functionality will be made accessible1 in an expedient manner.

These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Seniority Roster The District shall maintain an updated seniority roster, indicating employee's class seniority and hire date seniority. Such rosters shall be available to CSEA.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By October 31, 2017, the School will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the School to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.
