Rules of Play. Members are required to familiarize themselves, their family and their guests with the rules and etiquette of golf as outlined in the United States Golf Association handbook and the rules and etiquette of tennis as outlined in the United States Tennis Association handbook. Failure to abide by the USGA or USTA rules (except when superseded by printed or posted local rules) may result in restriction, suspension or expulsion.

Rules of Play. Licensee shall operate the Game in accordance with the rules of play specified by LVGI and shall advertise and operate the Game in a high quality, professional and lawful manner. LVGI shall have the right to inspect the Game in the casino to ensure that Licensee complies with this quality control. Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off, it is not a bouncing area.qq Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle as indeed any child who is feeling unwell. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle. If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains. It is always good to have a back up plain in case of rain on the day, either an indoor location or gazebo to protect the castle area. We provide a waterproof tarpaulin, should it rain on the day for you to cover the bouncy castle with. We do have a wet weather or Bad weather Policy, where, if the weather is not looking good, high winds or heavy rain you can cancel the day before your hire. If the castle/inflatable is delivered and set up and then not used due to rain unfortunately there is no refund available. Children aged under 2 need a hands-on supervisor at all times. 2.2 The Hirer acknowledges that under no circumstances will Bubs & Tots Soh Play be held liable for any injury caused by or arising from the soh play equipment supplied and the Hirer hereby releases Bubs & Tots Soh Play from any loss or damage howsoever arising whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage, infringement of third-party rights, or any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity. 2.3 The Hirer accepts responsibility to return the items in the same state of r...

Each periodic implementation of such procedures is hereinafter referred to as an "Auction." (b) All of the provisions contained in the Auction Procedures and the Settlement Procedures are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part hereof to the same extent as if such provisions were fully set forth herein.
