Safe Access. You agree to provide Home Depot and Service Provider Safe Access to Your Home. Safe Access means safe and complete access to the Work Area, including, without limitation: (1) obtaining in advance of the Services consent, permission, or relief from any covenants, easements, restrictions, or other legal encumbrances affecting the Work Area; (2) providing the location of utilities, whether underground, concealed, overhead or visible, to Home Depot or Service Provider; (3) removing from the Work Area physical impediments, hazards, and building code or zoning violations that affect directly or indirectly the Work Area;

Safe Access. You agree to provide Home Depot and Service Provider Safe Access to Your Home. “Safe Access” means safe and complete access to the Work Area, including, without limitation: (1) obtaining in advance of the Services consent, permission, or relief from any covenants, easements, restrictions, or other legal encumbrances affecting the Work Area; (2) providing the location of utilities, whether underground, concealed, overhead or visible, to Home Depot or Service Provider; (3) removing from the Work Area physical impediments, hazards, and building code or zoning violations that affect directly or indirectly the Work Area; (4) removing unsafe working conditions and hazardous materials, including environmental hazards, from the Work Area; (5) providing sanitary facilities to Home Depot or Service Provider convenient to the Work Area (or, alternatively, paying for the rental costs of such facilities); (6) providing all utilities, including without limitation, power, water, ventilation and climate control, in and for the Work Area; (7) removing from and protecting against minors, pets, guests and visitors in the Work Area; (8) keeping permits, if required, visible at all times; (9) disengaging, suspending or terminating any security systems protecting the Work Area; (10) providing adequate temporary storage space as needed for Home Depot’s or Service Provider’s performance of the Services; and (11) not interfering, impeding, impacting or otherwise disrupting the Work Area at any time during Home Depot’s or Service Provider’s performance of the Services. (c) No Performance: Services are to be performed by Home Depot or Service Provider. If You attempt to perform or assist with the Services in any way, You assume all risk for property damage and for injury to Yourself and others.
Safe Access. HomeSmart from Xcel Energy® technicians must have safe access to, and safe working conditions at and around, the appliances and equipment, or service may be declined. HomeSmart from Xcel Energy® will not be required to perform services if any asbestos hazard exists, until it has been determined the hazard has been eliminated.
Safe Access. If the building will be used or occupied by the Owner or members of the public, the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining safe routes of travel from sidewalks and parking areas to the building, and shall reroute access as necessary to maintain safe access during construction at no additional cost beyond the agreed contract amount.

Safe Access. Is at the inspector’s discretion and will take into account conditions existing on the property at the time of the inspection. Note: Reasonable access does not include the cutting of access holes or the removal of screws and bolts or any other fastenings or sealants to access covers. Sub floor areas sprayed with Chemicals should not be inspected unless it is safe to do so.
Safe Access. You must keep us informed of any health and safety issues at your premises that may endanger the welfare or lives of our representatives, representatives of the Network operator, the meter services providers and/or other authorised third parties. You must secure any animal that may make entry unsafe. We may take legal action against you if you, any animal, or anyone on your premises or associated with you threatens or causes harm to our representatives, representatives of the Network operator, the meter services providers and/or other authorised third parties.

Safe Access. 3(a) Owner shall at all times provide the City and its authorized agents ingress and egress within the Private Development for the purpose of performing inspection services, necessary reviews, and for the purpose of the City installing additional infrastructure, if applicable. Subject to Section 3(b), the Owner shall be solely and completely responsible for conditions of the work site, including safety of all persons and property, during performance of the work. The Owner shall maintain the work site and perform the work in a manner which meets applicable statutory and common law for the provision of a safe place to work. This requirement shall apply continuously and not be limited to normal working hours and applies to any Owner-controlled workshops or plants where work related to the Private Development is being conducted or where materials are stored or prepared.
Safe Access. Access to and from the use shall be safe and in conformance with access standards set forth in the [title of new road/bridge standards]. Where the land use change causes warrant(s) for improvements to State or federal highways, the developer shall be responsible for paying for those improvements. The site access into the Cerise Gravel Pit site is located along County Road 103 in a place that will allow for safe site distances. United will be responsible for improvements to the County Road 103 and Highway 82 intersection and all other improvements that, according to the traffic study, are required to accommodate the Cerise Gravel Pit.

Except those routes for ingress and egress over which Contractor has no right of control, within such areas, Contractor shall provide safe means of access to all places at which persons may at any time have occasion to be present.
