In the event there are no current certified employees with the same level of recognized education and experience, the salary of the new employee shall be determined by analyzing the salary of teachers in the same educational category and using interpolation. If there are not teachers in the same educational category with both greater and less number of years of experience, the Director shall set the salary of the new employee. Basis for determining a new certified employee's initial salary shall be shared in writing with the Association President. Once the initial salary of a certified employee has been determined, the employee shall in future years receive the general increases set forth above at the beginning of this section. The salary schedules and wage rates for non-certified employees attached hereto are incorporated into this Agreement. At the discretion of the Administration, a newly hired employee may be credited with prior similar (Ex: Teaching Assistant with prior teaching assistant experience, Teacher with prior teaching experience, XXXX with prior XXXX experience, PTA with prior PTA experience) experience obtained outside of TMCSEA. At no time shall a newly hired employee be paid more than a current employee with the same education and years of experience who is paid on the salary schedule. For the 2017-2018 school year, each returning full time certified employee shall receive a salary increase of 2.0%. A teacher qualifying for lane movement shall receive an additional salary increase of $600. For the 2018-2019 school year, each returning full time certified employee shall receive a salary increase of 2.5%.   • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations.   • Classification and Wage Rates For the avoidance of any doubt, there will be no industrial action (protected or otherwise) taken by the employees who are bound by this Agreement in relation to the quantum of the wages, allowances and payments arising from the provisions of Clause 7

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:
