Salary Placement Upon Reclassification. The District will negotiate with SCCDAA salary placement for reclassified positions resulting from a reorganization/realignment/restructure or from a review/update of job descriptions.

Salary Placement Upon Reclassification. 34 Any employee in the bargaining unit receiving an upward classification under the 35 provisions of this agreement shall be moved to the range and step of the new class 36 that represents the first highest dollar amount above the salary being earned prior 37 to reclassification. If the employee is eligible for a step increment within ninety (90) 38 calendar days of the date of upward classification, the dollar value of said 39 anticipated increment shall be used as the basis for calculating placement at the 40 next highest dollar amount in the salary range of the promotional class. However, if 41 one job involves a night shift differential and the other does not, said differential 42 shall be disregarded in making the range and step calculations contemplated 43 herein.

  • Salary on Reclassification The salary of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee whose position is reclassified shall be determined as follows:

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement.   • Reclassification If any reclassification of the capital stock of the Company shall be effected in such a way that holders of Common Stock shall be entitled to receive stock, securities, or other assets or property, then, as a condition of such reclassification, lawful and adequate provisions shall be made whereby the Holder hereof shall thereafter have the right to purchase and receive (in lieu of the shares of the Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby) such shares of stock, securities or other assets or property as may be issued or payable with respect to or in exchange for a number of outstanding shares of such Common Stock equal to the number of shares of such Common Stock immediately theretofore purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of the rights represented hereby. In any reclassification described above, appropriate provision shall be made with respect to the rights and interests of the Holder of this Warrant to the end that the provisions hereof (including, without limitation, provisions for adjustments of the Exercise Price and of the number of shares purchasable and receivable upon the exercise of this Warrant) shall thereafter be applicable, as nearly as may be, in relation to any shares of stock, securities or assets thereafter deliverable upon the exercise hereof.
