Sanitary Arrangements. Adequate sanitary arrangements shall be maintained in every building, and individual locker and key thereto and rest room key, where rest room is provided, and soap, towels and washing facilities, shall be furnished by the Employer for all employees. The rest room and locker room shall be for the sole use of employees servicing and maintaining the building.

The Contractor shall obey all sanitary rules and carry out all sanitary measures that may from time to time be prescribed by the Corporation Medical Authority and permit inspection of all sanitary arrangements at all times by the Engineer, the Engineer's Representative or the Medical Staff of the Corporation. Should the Contractor fail to make the adequate sanitary arrangements, these will be provided by theCorporation and the cost thereof recovered from the Contractor.

Sanitary Arrangements. The Contractor shall provide and maintain temporary sanitary facilities such as pour flush latrines and septic tanks on the sites for the use of all persons connected with the work. The Contractor shall keep the site in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall post notices and take such precautions as may be necessary to keep the site clean. The Contractor shall carry out any cleaning whatsoever as may be directed by the Engineer to maintain such sanitary conditions.
Sanitary Arrangements. The Contractor shall exercise strict control over sanitary arrangements to avoid nuisance and complaints from the public. The Contractor shall make his own arrangements with the responsible local authority regarding the disposal of refuse, and must allow for all costs in connection therewith including arrangements for sewage connection in his tendered rates.
Sanitary Arrangements. 1. A clean and adequate place of shelter sufficiently heated and securely locked in which the employees may eat their lunch, and which also provides a sufficiently secure place to keep their tools and clothing shall be provided. The shelter may be used for storage but sufficient room for the employees’ needs shall be kept clear from building material and other construction paraphernalia.
2. On any jobsite, or the Employer's permanent place of business, where there is no running water available, fresh drinking water in approved insulated sanitary containers shall be provided. Paper cups will be supplied.
3. The Employer shall provide adequate sanitary facilities on the jobsite commensurate with the number of men employed as laid down in Municipal, Provincial and Federal Government regulations. Such facilities shall be adequately heated (when this is practical in view of the job situation), lighted, ventilated, and shall be inspected daily and cleaned, as necessary.
4. Where wash-up facilities are not provided on the job, hand cleaners and paper towels will be made available for the use of the employees.
Sanitary Arrangements. (a) The employer shall provide for the use of employees engaged on the construction of new tramlines sanitary accommodation at the construction site.
(b) On tramline work other than construction, it shall be the responsibility of the employer where reasonably possible to make satisfactory arrangements that employees have available to them sanitary arrangements that are both private and decent in the circumstances.
(c) Sanitary accommodation shall be so constructed as to provide sufficient covering to ensure decency and shade.
(d) The employer shall also provide sufficient and proper material to keep the sanitary appliances innocuous.
