Entry Criteria. An employee who has completed 12 months experience at Level 2 and has been assessed to be capable of satisfactorily performing work at this level or with previous working experience in warehouse and coolstore operations and who through assessment or appropriate qualifications is capable of meeting the requirements of level 3.
Entry Criteria. 1.4 On receipt of your completed application form (whether submitted via UCAS, directly or via an overseas agent), we will check that you satisfy the Entry Criteria for your chosen Course. The Entry Criteria are explained in section 5 of our Admissions Policy. As part of our admissions process, we may invite you to attend an audition or interview, attend a selection day and/or submit a portfolio. Entry Criteria. An employee who has completed the training and experience requirements of Level 4 and who has attained the Certificate 2 in Food Processing or has previous working experience in the Dairy/Food Industry and though assessment or appropriate certification is capable of meeting the requirements of this level.
Entry Criteria. 2.2.1 The entry criteria for the new role will be as follows: A doctor/dentist in this grade: • Shall have full registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical/Dental Council; and • Shall have completed a minimum of 12 years medical/dental work (either continuous period or in aggregate) since obtaining a primary medical/dental qualification of which a minimum of 6 years’ should have been in a relevant specialty in the Specialty Doctor and/or closed SAS grades. Equivalent years’ experience in a relevant specialty from other medical/dental grades including from overseas will also be accepted. • Shall meet the criteria set out in the Specialist generic competency framework. Whilst the appointment process for the specialist grade will not be incorporated into the Terms and Condition of Service, guidance on how to appoint to these roles, including the involvement of Medical and Dental Royal Colleges will be provided. This guidance will be developed based on agreed principles between both parties.
Entry Criteria. All patients entering the MAA must fulfil the following entry criteria (this aligns to Type I, II, III, and presymptomatic): • No permanent ventilation (≥16 hours/day for 21 consecutive days in the absence of acute reversible infection)/ tracheostomy requirement at baseline; • Intrathecal injection must be technically feasible in the opinion of the treating clinician and not contraindicated; • Must not have received spinal fusion surgery following a diagnosis of scoliosis which, in the opinion of the treating clinician, prohibits safe administration of nusinersen; • Must not have severe contractures which, in the opinion of the treating clinician, prohibit measurement of motor milestones; • If gained independent ambulation prior to initiation of therapy must still be independently ambulant, with the exception paediatric patients who have lost independent ambulation in the previous 12 months. Independent ambulation is defined as per the WHO definition: patient takes at least five steps independently in upright position with the back straight. One leg moves forward while the other supports most of the body weight. There is no contact with a person or object; • Must not be type IV SMA patient i.e. must not have symptom onset at or after 19 years of age. • Must not be type 0 SMA patient. Providing a patient meets the entry criteria as specified above, due to equity considerations there is no upper limit of age on treatment initiation.
