(d) VENDOR shall not use the employee records listed in this section for any purpose other than those listed above or re-disclose the records to any outside source without the prior written consent of the employee, except as required or allowable by law (e) This section supersedes any of VENDOR’s privacy policies recollecting and using employee records.
