Activity #2 Sub-recipient’s goal is to rehab 9 St. Xxxxxxx housing units under the HILP during FY20. Activity #3 Sub-recipient’s goal is to provide 250 rental occupancy inspections, and 50 units of property maintenance code compliance under the Code Enforcement Program during FY20 Activity #4 Administrative costs related to salaries, recording fees or any additional costs associated with administration of Subrecipient’s rehabilitation programs. Levels of Accomplishment – Goals and Performance Measures. In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the Subrecipient agrees to provide program services as described and captured in AmpliFund for performance accomplishments. Residents of the City of Everett, Washington must benefit from the services funded in accordance with this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, a resident of the City of Xxxxxxx is a person who resides within the City limits established by the City’s Planning and Zoning maps. The Subrecipient agrees to track performance accomplishments as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City. The Subrecipient will report the accomplishments to the City quarterly, through AmpliFund.

Levels of Accomplishment – Goals and Performance Measures. Pursuant to the Program Guidelines, Subrecipient shall be responsible for completing the Projects and reporting such information and providing such documentation as may be required by ODOD and/or the SCLRC. Subrecipient shall also provide timeframes for performance to the SCLRC as requested and may be required to submit additional information and documentation, in a timely manner, as may be necessary for the SCLRC to meet its own reporting requires pursuant to the Program Guidelines. Quarterly Reports are due, from the SCLRC to ODOD, by 5:00 p.m. on the second Friday after the end of each quarter. Subrecipient hereby agrees to submit such information and documentation, as requested, in a reasonable and timely manner.
