SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 1.1 The Construction Manager and its successors, assigns, executors or administrators, in consideration of the sums of money, as herein after set forth to be paid by the City to the Construction Manager, shall and will at its own cost and expense perform all labor, furnish all materials, tools and equipment for all individual projects assigned as a result of this contract. 1.2 For each individual project assigned, in accordance with such proposal and technical supplemental specifications and such other special provisions and drawings, if any, which will be submitted by the City, together with any advertisement, instructions to bidders, general conditions, proposal and bond, which may be hereto attached, and any drawings, if any, which may be herein referred to, are hereby made a part of this contract, and all of said work to be performed and completed by the contractor and its successors and assigns shall be fully completed in a good and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the City. 1.3 Unless otherwise specified in this contract, all work shall be completed in accordance with Section III and Section IV of the City of Clearwater Contract Specifications (the Specifications). For the purposes of this contract, the term Contractor in Section III shall include the Construction Manager. The Specifications, as may be supplemented and changed, along with this Contract constitute the “Contract Documents.” In the event there is any conflict between this Contract and the Specifications, this Contract shall take precedence except that the GMP PROPOSAL dated TBD in the amount of $ TBD is expressly incorporated and made part of this Agreement. Further, the GMP Proposal shall be determinative and control in the event of any conflict, discrepancy, absence of information and / or term or condition to the contrary.

The specific time and locations of services to be provided hereunder are “on-call” and shall be defined by City in the individual job orders from time to time during the term of this Contract. The amount of services to be requested by City under this Contract is unknown, and therefore there is no expectation as to the amount of service work to be requested.
SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A. SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform and furnish the following work in accordance with the highest standards: Including all labor, services, material, taxes, installation, cartage, hoisting, supplies, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, tools and other facilities of every kind and description required for the prompt and efficient execution of the work. Division references and plan references are for the convenience of SUBCONTRACTOR and will not limit in any way the scope of work. In addition to specific references, SUBCONTRACTOR’S scope of work includes all work normally performed by SUBCONTRACTOR’S trade that is called for by the Contract Documents and all work that is incidental to complete the work of this Agreement.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

(b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

  • THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.
