Section 9.7.2. 10 The returning employee will be assigned to the position occupied before the leave of absence.
Section 9.7.2. 8 The employee will retain accrued sick leave and seniority while on leave of absence. However, 9 sick leave, and seniority shall not accrue while the employee is on leave of absence.
Section 9.7.2. 15 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority while on 16 leave of absence. However, vacation credits, sick leave, and seniority will not accrue while the 17 employee is on a leave of absence. If the leave is approved for extended illness or injury, 18 including industrial accident or industrial illness, seniority will accrue to a maximum of one 19 additional year.
Section 9.7.2. 28 Unless otherwise stipulated to by the Association, vacancies filled by the bargaining unit 29 members will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the inside bid closing date. In 30 the event that the position is posted outside, it will be filled within thirty (30) calendar days of 31 the outside bid closing date.
Section 9.7.2. 26 The returning employee will be assigned to the position, or equal position, occupied before the 27 leave of absence except as noted in Article XXI, Section 21.2. Employees hired to fill 28 positions of employees on leave of absence will be hired for a specific period of time, during 29 which they shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of 30 the employer to inform replacement employees of these provisions.
Section 9.7.2. 46 An employee, whether male or female, is entitled to twelve (12) workweeks of FMLA leave 47 during any twelve (12) month period. An employee is anyone who was employed by an employer 48 on a continuous basis for the previous 52 weeks for at least 1,250 hours of service during those 52 1 weeks, excluding authorized leave or periods of time in which persons do not report to work but 2 have a continuing employment relationship and do not collect unemployment benefits.
Section 9.7.2. 17 The employee will retain accrued illness and injury leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority 18 rights while on leave of absence. However, vacation credits, illness and injury leave, and 19 seniority shall not accrue while the employee is on leave of absence except, however, that if 20 such leave is approved for extended illness or injury or serving in the Armed Forces of the 21 United States, seniority shall accrue.
Section 9.7.2. 14 The returning employee will be assigned to the position similar in duties and hours as the 15 position the leave was taken from before the leave of absence. Persons hired to fill positions of 16 employees on leave of absence shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement; except
Section 9.7.2. 25 Employees working in more than one general job classification shall enjoy seniority for all such 26 work concurrently, so long as they continue to work in those classifications.
Section 9.7.2. 47 The returning employee will be assigned to the same or similar position occupied before the 48 leave of absence.
