Section Bulletin Boards. The Company agrees to permit posting of any notices of Union meetings or functions on a Bulletin Board conspicuously placed and provided for that purpose provided they are authorized and signed by an officer of the Local Union.
Section Bulletin Boards. The City agrees that the Union shall have the right to maintain a bulletin in a conspicuous and convenient .provided that the use of such shall be restricted to the posting of notices regarding the business affairs, meetings, social events and and reports of the Union.

The Company extends to the Union the privilege of using two bulletin boards in its National Parts Distribution Centre, to be prepared by the Company and to be located as agreed upon. Provided and it is agreed that such bulletin boards shall be used by the Union for the posting thereon by the Chairperson of the plant committee such notices only as have received the prior approval of management’s representative, and shall not contain any Union propaganda or political matter of any kind, and which notices shall be mechanically produced, and shall be restricted to matters directly affecting the employees of the Company in their relations with Local of the Union, and which notices shall further be restricted to the following types: Notices of Union recreational and social affairs; Notices of Union elections, appointments and results of elections: Notices of Union meetings.
Section Bulletin Boards. The Company will supply a Bulletin Board enclosed with glass for Union and Union Stewards and Business Representatives will have keys.
Section Bulletin Boards. The Union shall have the use of a bulletin board in the cafeteria and change room for the posting of notices relating to the Union’s business. Such notices must be signed by a Union Officer and approved by the Company prior to being posted. Section Gender Clause Use of the masculine gender in this collective Agreement shall be considered to include the feminine. Section Reporting Requirements Absences Lateness In the event an employee is unable to report for work as scheduled, he shall be required to notify the Company of this fact by phone or some other reasonable method prior to the start of his shift. This notifi- cation must also include the employee's for his failure to report as well as stating the time of his anticipated return. Continued failure on the part of the employee to comply with this requirement will subject that employee to disciplinary action up to and including discharge by the Company. It is also understood that this reporting requirement does not eliminate the additional responsibility on the part of the employee to further prove the legitimacy and need for any such absence or lateness.
Section Bulletin Boards. Bulletin boards shall be made available by the Company for the exclusive use of the Union for the posting of Union notices relating to meetings, appointments of committees, election of officers, seniority schedules, dues, entertainment, health and safety.
Section Bulletin Boards. The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will maintain its present policy to make space available to the Union on the existing bulletin board in each of its stores for the purpose of posting notices directly relating to the employees of the store, provided such notice shall first receive the approval of Management. The Company agrees to make space available on the bulletin board to the Union for a card indicating the name of the Shop Xxxxxxx of this store. The size and said card to be by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union. The Company agrees to allow Shop Stewards, designated by the Union, to wear their Shop Xxxxxxx badge while on duty, providing the size of the badge is acceptable to the Company, except in Bakery or Meat Departments.

Upon request of the Local Union, the Bulletin Board referred to above will be a “locked-type’’ Bulletin Board. It is understood, if the ‘locked-type” Bulletin Board is broken or vandalized; the Company will revert to providing a “non-locked-type” Bulletin Board.
